I believe it would fall into overlifting category, although i was just lifting myself. I was just shifting from sitting posture to standing when i heard the click in my back - which was followed by unbearable pain.

I had appointment with ortho today - it was actually first time he physically examined me - last time he just saw my MRI reports as i was not able to walk up to his clinic. He seemed confident about the 'catch' (which seem to me is some form of ligament tear), although he said he would get me x-rayed again in a couple of weeks time.

I am off pain killers now, while still continuing with muscle relaxants for a week more. he called me for rev in two weeks time.

Hi Sameer,

How are you doing? I hope things are going good at your end :). I am sorry I couldn't keep in touch with you for so long. I had developed a spinal disorder and it took a couple of months to subside. I was forced to be at home all along as I was having unbearable pain in the back. Basically one of my vertebra has slipped out of its position and moved a little forward - the condition is called spondylolisthesis. It was triggered by excess weight and weak muscles. I believe I have to live it out with this condition but the good news is that with physiotherapy, I can live without any major complication. I improved a lot after initiating PT . I am back to work for last couple of weeks, thought of writing to you, but have been too busy.

However, the good news is that psoriasis is nearly 99% gone! I had taken arnica 30 as advised by you. After that I had taken a self prescribed dose of Rhus Tox 30 for alleviating back pain somewhere in first week of march. Psoriasis has slowly almost vanished uniformly from all over the places. A few spots are having some residues but they seem to be fading too.

I would again like to express my thankfulness to you for helping me out with this condition. You have brought me from a nearly hopeless situation one year ago to nearly cured state. I'll keep you posted on the progress.,

Thanks,
Navdeep

Hi, skin diseases like psoriasis are very adamant in nature and it never gets fully cured unless and until the nosode PSORINUM is prescribed in the required potency. I've fully and thoroughly cured many cases and the skin will become normal and beautiful as ever at the end of the full treatment. But it will take time in some cases depending on other problems and the particular patient's constitution. Thank you.

Hi - so just curious what navdeep77 and sameeervermani think he cure was for the psoriasis. Was it the arnica 30c? And was that taken by tablet form by mouth? Or was it the other items taken previously that finally started working? Calc? Thank you
