Dear Mr. Sameer,
They have arrived! I plan on taking the dose tonight but want to tell you first that I have been having anxiety type difficulty breathing...difficulty with things on my throat ie: clothing...collar...jewelry etc. Sleeping pretty good now...hot flashes minimal. So let me know please your recomendation.

Dear Mr. Sameer,
This is the 5th day of dose and I have to say I feel very tense and am having much difficulty breathing...anxiety. Sleep is ok. I don't feel as well as usual after a dose. Did have a headache on the second day...actually woke up with it in the middle of the night. Maybe it will take time?

I am going crazy with anxiety. Things I normally look forward to like having guests is not fun. I can't breathe at the least amount of stress...good or bad. I hardly slept last night and when I am lying down I can feel my heart beat harder than normal and feel my pulse at times in my head and in my feet. HELP! I wish you could/would tell me if I am a lost case or something...preferably encouraging.

This has been two and a half days. The first day in the later afternoon I got profoundly tired and slept for an hour or more....the kind of sleep that you don't recall things when you awaken....such as what day it is etc. The next day, not much to report except breathing is a little better.
Also, don't know if this is anything, but, when i do anything physical like ski for a half hour or clean a house I am sore. Inside...joints...left side is worse. Need to sleep to make it better. I want an asprin because that would do it, but, I am not goiong to. I don't know if this is the homeopathic or something else. I don't like western medicine here so I am going to wait. In Feb. I plan to visit an accupuncturist...if you would recomend it. Greet Vikas for me if he is still around.

well, here it is day number four and I am little bit better in the breathing department. Still have my moments. Also, today my left hand and right elbow feel better than they have in quite a few days. Sleeping pretty good....sleep soundly for a few hours and then wake up for no real reason and then have a time getting back to sleep. That is my report!

I see that I forgot to tell you that on days three and four I had a dull headache from my eyes up to the top of my head and down the back of it..For what it means!

I want to report that the first couple of days after the doses I can't breathe..anxiety type ... toss and turn when I sleep... feel like I have a low grade fever. The breathing seems to get a bit better after three or four days but this sleeping/not being able to breathe is a bit frustrating. Just so you know.

I had already taken the dose when I wrote the previous note. I am having a horrible time right now but am confident that in two or three days I should be better. So let me know when I should take the reduced dose.

ok, so took the dose on I believe it was Fri. Sat. was tough...that was the day I reported a horrible time. Sun. was a bit better with the breathing but I felt irritable. Tonight is Mon. night and today was pretty good til later in the afternoon when it became difficult to breathe. I had a turtle neck sweater on and I thought I was going to choke. That is my update thus far. Four days left until the five days are up.

forgot to mention two things
1] my hips in back are stiff, pretty bad Sat. and Sun. Better today....
2] sleep is good until between 3 and 3:30. Don't know what happens then but I wake up. Can usually go back to sleep, but not as good.
I tell you all these details because I don't know what is important...related...or not. So please bear with me!

here is todays update. Slept well until 3:30. Woke up but went back to sleep. Weird! Upon rising all the sore spots mentioned before hurt. Better after moving around...but still not great. Breathing is still not the greatest either...feel like my throat wants to close up too. Feel free to let me know if I am a freak and there is no helping me! I hope this isn't a frustrating discouragement for you.

Okay, so tell me this, when you take the dose you feel worse for 2-3 days and after that, do you get back to the level before the dose or do you start improving (compared to where you were before the dose) ?

I feel worse the first few days after the dose and lately I feel that I get back to the level of before the dose with not much improvement. I feel there is a bit of a struggle.

Hmm.. let us leave this alone for 3-4 days. You took the dose on 5th, so let us see if you get improvements in the next 3-4 days.
Otherwise the remedy will need to be changed.

I don't know what to tell you. The breathing is much better. I am sleeping well...yet still wake at the 3:00-3:30 hour for some strange reason. A little hot flash in the early morning... at times during the night also...not much to complain about though!
Oh, had a mild headache today....
