Most likely, you will not need any other remedy or potency. When well indicated, Lachesis 30c single dose can often effect the cure.

Just a little update...I am starting to feel the stressed nervous feeling inside... tight and anxious and also, is it possible that I would look different? I fel like I look like a block again bigger around the middle...could this be, or am I psychotic!??

There is enough of a relapse to demand another dose, and remember we are not giving dry doses here.
Even a little relapse is enough to give the next dose. It is time for 200c.

Right Sameerji .
Time for Lachesis 200c .
Please drops 2 pellets or 2 drops in 120 ml of spring water .
Let the pellets/drops dissolve .
Shake the bottle gently so that the medicine uniformly dissolves .
Take one teaspoonful only . Make sure u dont eat anything one hour before and after the dose .
Please note two things
1) The water this time is 120 ml .
2) The dose is only one teaspoon taken once .
Time for Lachesis 200c .

is it to be expected that I may have a low grade headache for these five days?
Is it to be expected to experience discomfort like this?

After taking the dose...about a day later this dull headache happens...the same type headache as the last time.
I have noticed that my mouth seems dryer so I drink more water than usual...and the volume of urine is greater...normally it isn`t a whole lot even if I drink lots of water...this seems to me to be a good thing
I am sleeping perfectly...not waking up!!!
Emotionally I feel a bit nervous...and easily embarassed... don`t know why..and the problem of things wrapped around my chest is bothersome.
I am beginning to think that maybe I am just weird.

another thing of note is that the weather here is EXTREMELY humid...like air you can wear...and for me it is hard to breathe it.

A little update.
I do believe the headache is gone. Whew! That was a long one. And the blockish look seems to hsve improved and someone complimented me yesterday and I am glad and not thinking that it was an obligation...or that there was a reason. Now that is different! Hope that lasts!!!
I am sleeping...and not waking up in a panic with a hard time breathing!
Also, if this is a posibility, I feel like I can deal with changes in schedule or plans much better.
So there`s your update!

Lachesis will clear up a lot in this case, just stay on it , be patient, spend at-least 6 months or maybe even an year on this (raising potency at appropriate times).

Today I was in a house doing a lttle work and after a half hour heard this peculiar noise...I looked in its direction and lo...A little box on the wall that shoots scent into the room...I was so disppointed...You mentioned that maybe I should stay home for a while...this may go on for six months to a year. What am I to do? What does the presence of scent do to the homeopathic?
Is homeopathy even truly possible in this country where ALL the air is polluted?

A little exposure will not matter, especially a few days AFTER the remedy. It is only a very strong exposure or long continuous ones which should be avoided.

Today was spent in a social setting and on the way home I was thinking that I consistently do not feel really 'talky'. Now under normal circumstances I would probably be caffeinated...so I COULD be talky...because I felt I needed to be...(before lachesis)....and I am ok with this. I still am having trouble with things wrapped aroud my chest. I HATE it!
