Today is Mon. The last Fri. and Saturday I had a migraine. I am fine now...breathe pretty well, sleep well. Still have painful joints in left wrist near thumb...inside of right elbow and low left side of back. Also, the left shoulderblade and down a bit itches. This has been for a while...maybe two months...I forgot to mention. Maybe you just have to expect this as part of being an imperfect human just getting older...I am interested in doing it the best I can!

Amazing that ONE drop in that much water could make me feel like this. I have a dull headache that I woke up with this morning. I feel a bit nauseous also. That is the update for today!

I am sorry that it has been a while. I have to confess that there is a bad sickness going around that lasts for a LONG time. I know of herbs that one can take when you have been exposed or feel like you are not quite right healthwise and my confession is that I am taking them. I simply cannot spend a month or more at home sick. So, I don't know what this means...but I needed to tell you this.

No. I could tell I was on the road to it...Took the herbs...slept a lot and think I will escape. Throat was starting to hurt...left ear was a little funny feeling...was very tired and a bit achy. People have been getting a very bad cold and cough... earache that has been lasting a month or more. Took Ban lan gen if you are familiar with this.

What confirms even more? The rebelious personality???? or the other...physical symptoms??? HAHAHA So is it ok to keep taking the cooling anti bacterial...anti viral herbs..or no. I so do not want to get sick.

Good morning,
Have taken the dose and will stop the herbs. One other thing of note is that every spring whene I start to exercise, this fight of getting this cold/whatever occurs. Is that also Lachesis? Just curious. Have a nice day.

A small update. Thurs. had a slight earache...it's better the next day...still seems like it isn;t quite right....woke up with a headache Fri....went away during the day....but was tired and achey....and have a sore throat. I feel like sleep is good but I still wake at 3:30 for a few seconds...have a hot flash and go back to sleep. Weird thing to note is I don't know if it the sore throat or what but I have been waking myself with SNORING! Now what is THAT all about? Oh, and by the way, funny icon up there. Is it prophetic?

Ok, here is your 5 day later update. So, Saturday the left ear was a bit bothersome..wanted to ache if I bent down...was a little achey and slept for a long time in the afternoon...felt like I needed to be kept covered up including my head to be warm...yet I don't feel cold. I have very short hair...maybe that is why. Sunday felt a little bit better...ear still not right. Mon. felt good...exercised...left ear still not good. Tues. [Today] is back to same...I exercised...tired...ear not good...achey...bundled up in blankets and slept a lot...but as I write, my ear cleared up and I can hear perfectly!!! We will see how long that will last. It is struggling..oh and mild sore throat off and on. But, I have not succumbed to the horrible cough and cold that is going around...so thanks to you and your guidance!

Ok. I had a headache the first day and then upperbody joint pain since. Both thumbs/wrists, inside of right elbow and low back esp. left side. and just general soreness inside, like I should just go to sleep. All of this worse than usual. The ear can hear but is still not perfect...much better though.
Sleep the first three days was not to good...like I just wasn't tired when I should be. But now sleep is good.

Here is the update. There were a few days that I woke up with a pretty bad headache...but lately is fine. Ear still isn't 100% but ok. Now here is something. My skin on left upper side of back, shins and tops of feet were really itchy last night. My back has been this way before...I think I have mentioned that. Breathing is good...sleep is good...

Oh dear...Thinking that my skin needed oil I had put sesame oil on it before my update.... Also, what do you think? Is accupuncture complementary....if no...how long before one could have accupuncture?
