The dosing proceedure is as follows
Please remember that you had taken a dose from LM1 bottle few weeks back .
Take the same LM1 bottle , but sucuss it 8 times .
Sucuss 8 times means that hit the LM1 bottle hard 8 times against your palm .
This is very important .
After sucussing it 8 times wait for 2 minutes ,pour 1 drop from sucussed LM1 bottle in 500ml spring water .
Take one teaspoon only .
Throw the water away .
Please report after 5 days

Hello again!
It has been a while. I think I am ready for the next step. Not sleeping as well as I would like...and often a mild headache in the morning when I wake up. Emotionally I am pretty good...just wish life would slow down a bit. Also, the blockish look again.

I was relieved that it was uneventful...no headache..I am breathing ok now....clothes still bother me here and there. If you need to know more..let me know.

I don't know if this is important or not but this is the SECOND sucussed dose ...not third. It is the third dose of LM 1. I am taking it tonite...I will keep you posted.

Good morning!
Just a little update, My joints are very sore...especially on left... yesterday and this morning.
Don't know if it is the weather....or lachesis. Also, had two nightmares early this morning/last night. Yesterday I was VERY tired. No headache though...that is good news!
I would love to know what all this looks like to you if you can tell me anything!!!

Two more things...yesterday I was very irritable and tired and later in the day had a hard time breathing.
But, both yesterday morning and this morning...I didn't have my little daily hot flash in the early morning.

ok, so I took the dose Fri, evening. Sat. I was very angry feeling....Also, I don't know if this is lachesis related but my lips get very chapped...dry...not thirsty type dry ...just dry skin...this has been the last two months. Also. have been experiencing constipation the last month or so. Sat. when I would lie down I could feel my heart and pulses...kind of pounding. FYI

Well, woke up at 3:30 this morning panicing and couldn't breathe.....then again at 6:30 with a headache. Also, had a nightmare...actually, that you got really angry with me! Weird!

The last two nights I have been waking up around 2:30 yp 3:30ish with the panic...can't breathe feeling....and headaches in the morning...also, it seems if I exert myself I feel like I have a low grade fever and the inside of my body hurts. The morning hot flash has revisited also!!!!

I see it says raise potency...now what.
I have to ask something. I have put a lot of weight on around my belly and ribs and wonder what is going on. When I took the first couple doses I noticed that that area really slimmed down. But just the last four days or so I have noticed this is really different for me. Please tell me what is up...if you can.OK? I truly appreciate your help.

Sameerji , ' raise potency ' means we should go to LM 2 or next sucussed dose of LM 1 , please enlighten .
