Social anxiety

i took nat mur in a 30ch for constipation and cankers in my mouth and i noticed it helped with my anxiety levels as well.

But when i went off it, the anxious thoughts i have about being around peopLe and feeling self conscious all the time came back.

So i'm wondering if i should go back on it and stay on it until i feel like i don't need it any more

Would appreciate any advice i can get on this matter.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may take Natrum Mur 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours on a single day and observe change in your symptoms for the next 15 days. No other remedy should be taken and natrum mur 200c should be taken for one day(not daily).
