OCD Specialist Doctors

my friend is suffering from OCD for the last 10 years and the following are the problems he faces.
repetitive thgts, lots of axiousness specially related to work, insecurity, unclarity of mind, mind is always in a hazy state.

i would b glad if someone can help us find a good doctor to help him in his tough time. he needs urgent help.
