Please take 1 tsf each twice a day in the morning and evening with water for 3 days. Then 1/2 tsf twice a day. Could you get Calendula 30c. You may get that from Sana Pharmacy in Dubai. It is better to keep it at hand.

Calendula is not needed right now. It is good that you have it with you now. That will be advised whenever needed.

hello doc...
my husband is feeling great improvement and relief. soreness is very neglible to about 10%.
still taking a lot of precaution - not sure if this is a temporary relief or permanent. no blood or puss discharge.
taking haridra khanda since 18th. now changed the dose to half tsp twice a day for 8 days until 28th.

Please continue with Haridra Khanda 1/2 tsp twice a day until there is 100% relief. Please report after a week.
Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. You can appreciate that boils and such disorders arise due to improper circulation of blood and pranayam addresses this very issue. So i think that regularity in pranayam can avoid it's recurrence.

sorry for the late response. i was travelling and not on the computer.
my husband is continuing with haridra khanda twice a day.... now again the problem is back... he's getting blood along with puss...can u please help and let me know what to do...
i have all the homeopathic medicines like myristic, silicea etc.... alongwith biochem calcarea sulphuric...
look forward to ur immediate advice. thanks

calcarea Sulph-6X ( Biochemic) 4 pills ,4 times a day for 15 days.
Please report after 15 days. Please stop taking Haridra Khanda.
