Good morning Kadwa,
I have gained about 15lb that I lost previously. I know I can lose again but having a hard problem with craving sugars again and nervous eating. The mouth of my stomach hurts occasionally. My cycle was early last month by 5 days. Heavy first two days. Stool is in little balls. Feel constipated. Always busy life. Big bags under eyes.

Please take three doses of Kali Karb 200 (or 30) at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects over 15 days.

I took the Kali Carb 30. My upper eyelid has now swollen more, like it was filled with water. Lower back pain gone. Cycle came 4 days early. I started to detox again from sugar and carbs.
Will make appt with Dr to have eye checked. No stye visible or white of eye pink. Eyelid is only thing swollen.

Dr. gave me an antibiotic cream to put on eye. Still swollen. Do not wake up with stickiness. Doesn't itch just swollen at the edge.
On 4th day of detox of sugar and carbs.

I took belladonna 200 - one dose (1 pill).
Swelling in eye concentrated to a lump in eyelid. Edge not red anymore.
Should I take another dose of belladonna

Hello Kadwa,
Since Friday, lost my voice. Had tickle on base of throat for a week. Voice came back but still gets hoarse by the end of the day. Allergies are bad.
Taking the three 6c for allergies.
Now a constant cough, trying to cough up mucus. Feel it in my chest. In the evening it starts up and I get cough attacks about 1:30 in the morning and again around 4 ish.
Mucus is sometimes light yellow in color. No head congestion. No nasal discharge.

Please take a single dose of Calcarea Carb 200 and see how that affects over a week. If that doesn't help take a dose of Phosphorus 200 or 30.

I have a bad bruise (black and blue) on my leg. I have taken Arnica but it is still there after 2 weeks. It is not as dark as before but still visible. Is there anything else I could take to make the bruising go away faster?
Also, this weekend, I slipped and banged the side of my leg to avoid falling. The bruise is tender to the touch and is now turning color.
I bruise easily, especially when I'm on my protein diet low carb way of eating.
Allergies have gotten better, cough gone.

Please take Rhus Tox 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.

For the past two and half weeks, I've been experiencing chest pain on left side. I don't have any anxieties, just everyday normal work. Sometimes i feel like gas is trapped on that side. Have been somewhat constipated, but then again I'm on a low carb protein diet. Eat lots of greens though.
Allergies are better now and cough gone. The latest bruise is going away. Did not take the Rhus Tox.
Took another Cal Carb 200 last night (just one pill) and was able to pass stool. (narrow).

Please wait for few days and see whether chest pain goes away. If it doesn't, take a single dose of Belladonna 200 (or 3 doses of Belladonna 30 at a gap of 12 hours)and see how that affects over a week.

Chest pain gone most of the time.
I'm down to my last 10 lbs to loose but get soooo hungry in the afternoons. I have nervous energy, anxious. Stools are sometimes narrow, not bulky. I do good for morning with my protein drink & coffee, then I eat my veggies for lunch with protein bar but then get really hungry. In the past, it was not like that. Worried about thyroid. Will have check up done in June (busy May).

Woke up with a red dot in my left eye. Eyes feel tired. Had taken apis mell for mosquito bites (2pills am and pm for two days).
Had fallen hard on knee while on vacation. Still tender to the touch after two weeks. Drank alcohol and ate sweets. Did not settle well with stomach. Restarted clean eating for a week now and swelling in joints gone. Also wake up with gnawing in stomach sometimes.

If this doesn't help take rhus tox 30 twice a day for 3 days.

Feeling my left ear pulsating at times. Cannot get off sugar, trying but get anxious with issues. Feel naughing at mouth of stomach. Feel food coming up, not settling well with stomach.
Had taken Cal Carb 200, 1x and menstual cycle was a lot better.

Bad sore throat on left side. Hurts to swallow. Voice hoarse. Wake up with crust in eyes. Left eye is pink. No discharge. Had taken sulphur 30 for pink eye. Cleaned eye with apple cider vinegar and it helped with redness. But throat hurts really bad to swallow. No stuffy nose. Have post nasal drip. Please let me know what to take. Have been gargling with Apple cider vinegar too.

Please take Belladonna 30 twice a day for few days and see how that affects. If that doesn't help take Causticum 30 in the same way.

I have belladonna 200c and took one pill on Monday. Eyes have cleared out. Throat is better but last night starting hurting on left side only again when I swallow. Took causticum 30 last night. Will take again this morning since I still feel the same.

Please take Nux Vomica 30 twice a day for 3 days. If this doesn't help take Calcarea Carb 200 or 30.

I am having issues with bleeding through rectum after a bowel movement. Stool is small balls not long and soft. after i wipe, I could see blood and some red tissue. Is this hemorroid?
Was having problems with acid reflux and took nux vomica 30 but after talking this I see more blood on tissue. So I switched to Cal Carb 200. That helped upset stomach.
Sleeping well, left side or back. Joints hurt sometimes if I do too much. Trying to go back to eating clean, have gained weight again, feel very self conscious.

Please take Hamamelis 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.
If this doesn't help take Sulphur 30 in the same way.
Kali Carb 30 should be the next remedy. i think that the earlier remedies itself should resolve the issue.
