1 pellet in a 30 ml dropper bottle is your remedy bottle. Use distilled water.
Take out 2 drops from there in 250 ml spring water, stir with spoon, and take a teaspoon. Throw the rest of 250 ml away.

You can take doses every 72 hours from the same remedy bottle, however, from now on, you have to hit the LM1 bottle 8 times before you take out the drops from your remedy bottle. i.e.,
Hit the LM1 bottle 8 times, then wait for 10-15 seconds, then take out 2 drops from there in 250 ml spring water, stir with a spoon, and take a teaspoon. Throw the rest of 250 ml away.
Report after 3 more doses taken in the manner above.

Do not overdose yourself. It is better to err on the side of caution as far as dosage frequency is concerned.
Stop after 7-8 doses (total number from LM1 bottle) and give a gap of few days.

Keep in touch. You should not take more than 7-8 doses of LM1 in total. That is more than enough for one potency.

There are lots of reasons why a particular remedy will help you. Every Lachesis person does not need to present the way I have shown, many people will just show particular physical characteristics instead.
