Hmm yes me to :) mainly i want to know of their safety on an energy level, or if that is known. i dont really mind wasting my time and a little bit of money if it has a chance of protection with absolutely no bad effects on the balance of the body..

Remedies such as Thuja and Silica are very good at removing any negative effects that follow vaccination.

There are two ways to approach this problem, and still work within the philosophy of homoeopathy.

One is to make sure the travellers are in the best of health before they go. Good constitutional treatment should ensure this. Really, the only way to prevent disease, is to have high levels of health.

Secondly, work out the specific diseases that are a problem in the areas you are travelling to. Match the symptoms of the disease to a remedy, and you can either take that remedy while in the area (although this is risky due to side effects) or you can take it if the symptoms appear (more in line with homoeopathic procedures).

Obviously that would take some research and time on your part, and might actually need input from a professional.

The principle of vaccination used by orthodox medicine conflicts with homoeopathy - you cannot use a 'one size fits all' approach for any disease. But, we do have a precedent set for prophylaxis - which is to work out the symptoms of the epidemic, and give the remedy that matches those symptoms to anyone who is exposed. This remedy, or group of remedies, might change as the epidemic changes.

i was thinking about preventing Diphtheria by using Administration of Homeopathic Diphtherinum instead of the typical diptheria vaccine from the doctor.. some studies have shown it to be effect at preventing diptheria but i just wasnt sure about the safety/side effects if there would be any.. comments?

There may be side effects. I see parents whose children were given homoeopathic versions of diseases like whooping cough, hepatitis etc and those children sometimes show new symptoms or aggravations of their current symptoms when taking them.

Homoeopathy ONLY works by the law of similars - there is no homoeopathy without it. If you want to use a remedy for prophylaxis then the symptoms of the epidemic must be catalogued and matched to a remedy. If a disease is very commonly seen in an area, find the remedy that matches the symptoms people usually get. That would be preferable to just getting the nosode - that is more allopathy than homoeopathy (looking at a presumed cause rather than the symptoms the patient displays).

Giving a nosode without any indications in the patient for it, may actually increase their susceptibility to that disease rather than protect them. They may also develop symptoms of the disease (as a proving).

While doing this is certainly safer than getting vaccinated, I could not assure you that it would be perfectly safe, or even effective in protecting you.

Homoeopathy doesn't teach us that blood borne antibodies are the real source of protection, but it is the vital force with its susceptibility to the disease removed. The whole idea behind orthodox medicine's idea of vaccination is very flawed, and it is not effective trying to translate homoeopathy across to it.

So research the disease, find the symptoms, look at the medicines that suit. Those medicines *could* be used prophylactically or used when the symptoms start to show.

Thank you for your reply. I think my decision is to pass on all type of vaccinations, and nodes. I know that common vaccines are really a waste of time after much reading and research . especially after reviewing some of the data from 2008 rates of disease in a country compared to rates of vaccination... it shows that some of the countries with a 99% vaccination rate still have a very high number of the disease... more so than countries with 20% vaccination rate http://www.globalhealthfacts.org/topic.jsp?i=39 like china for example had the most recorded cases of measles out of all the countries in the world, despite the 99% vaccination rate.

.. and i agree... last thing i want is to aggravate the life sources unnecessarily in my little one or to prove a disease. .
would it be best to purchase a homeopathic travel kit?

Yes I believe that would be an excellent idea.
