No. Homeopathic medicines does not reduce effectiveness of vaccines. Vaccine teach body to make antibodies. For example if Tetanus vaccine is supposed to train immune system to make antibodies up to 15 years, immune system will make antibodies for 15 years. Homeopathy is not going to make body unlearn making Tetanus antibodies.
In some (rather many) cases human body is sort of allergic to vaccines. That creates deep rooted problems. Homeopathy can rescue from most of those problems.
