Hi Niel/Nawaz,
It has been 3 days since last dose of nitric acid 30c.
The cyst is continuing to drain and erectile function continues to improve daily.
Erections are longer in duration but not strong during ejaculation when they should be strongest.
Next Step (if any)?

I am happy for you. Once the improvement is continuing, then, there is no need to disturb the remedy, in my opinion.

Here is the latest update -
CYST-
-----
The cyst is continuing to drain not the pus , at times there is a small burning sensation while sitting and when I defecate sometimes I experience the 'bundle of sticks' feeling.
ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION-
--------------------
The condition unchanged. I experience strong erections in the beginning and decrease as ejaculation nears and occurs.
There have been no doses since the last dose of nitric acid 30c.

Not sure what type fluid it appears to be a lymph type fluid

The color is clear. I cannot tell the quantity in drops but the spot left in my underwear (it is in the rectal area) is approximately 7 inches in length and 4 inches wide

Happy New Year, may you and your families have health and prosperity in the coming year.
It has been 5 days since I dosed with nitric acid 200c.
There has been no change since the previous post.
The discharge is a clear watery fluid and the erections are still weakest at the point of ejaculation.
What should I do next?

I have mercurius viv 200c previously purchased from 1-800homeopathy.

I would have thought of Calcarea sulph or even Sulphur. But even Merc is as good.
Nawaz is an accomplished prescriber....no harm in taking one dose. Merc is concordant to Nit ac in Locations as well as sensations. Hence, it is a good remedy to go with.

The cyst has stopped draining completely as of Thursday of this week. Now there is a burning sensation and I can feel a small bump (about the size of lemon seed) in that area.

Erectile dysfunction seems to have returned. I am unable to achieve an erection at all.
What do we do next?

This area has severe wind storms this time of year and we had one this week on Tuesday night. My household was without electricity until today. So I had no internet capabilities which was why there was no reply.
