The cyst is still continuing to drain. The pus is still the same color and the amounts are the same.
ED is still the same, I can achieve erection but can't maintain it through ejaculation.

I anticipate that you are well.
After the dose of Merc Sol 1M the cyst began to drain a thick white pus in small quantities.
ED improved I can achieve erection and the strength at ejaculation has improved slightly.
What do we do next?

The cyst is continuing to drain except the pus has thinned.It is still a pale white color.
There was an excessive amount of urination last night. I was going every hour.
ED is the same, stronger erections initially but not as strong at ejaculation.

The remedy caused the cyst to drain faster and stronger.
Thick clear fluid is draining now.
ED s improving. Erections are stronger at ejaculation.

Physical symptoms (I assume you mean general health) -
I have constant pain in my right leg and hip area from spasticity a result of my previous strokes.
The pain wakes me at night sometimes and prevents me from sleeping.
I have impaired walking and balance from strokes.
Cyst has slight discomfort in rectal area ranging from burning, bundle of sticks feeling, sharp shooting pains
and pressure.
The sensations are not constant and vary depending on what remedy is being used.
Mental State -
My mental condition is good.
I acknowledge the changes in my life and look to overcome the negatives.
I have been in good spirits lately because my employment prospects have been better. (I have not been working for the last year).

Right side stroke caused by high blood pressure. I had 2 small strokes in 1999 and 2000 which effected my walking ability. I currently use a cane.
Doctor misdiagnosed stroke symptoms as arthritis and told me I did not have high blood pressure. He told me I had 'white coat syndrome' which accounted for my elevated blood pressure during physical examinations. Finally I had the last stroke in 2002 and was hospitalized for a month.
I was told I did not suffer any neurological damage from the stroke but I don't agree. I still have twitches in the right arm intermittently which let me now they were wrong. The twitches do not impair my day to day activities.

Last night was strange concerning ED.

Friday it was 131/72 in the morning and 130/70 in the evening.

Yes I monitor my blood pressure 2X daily and have since I left the hospital.

One of the questions I asked when it was recommended was regarding any effects from long term use. I was informed that there wee none.

Well, your blood pressure is on a little high side as up to 139 is OK. Please understand, homoeopathy does not work this way. You must not ever be adicted to any remedy and must not take for a long time. These remedies unlike allopathic medicines are very powerful with serious side effects. Your ED and cyst healing has been greatly impacted by the long term use of this remedy. I took over your case from Dr. Niel and never knew you are taking Arnica 30C twice daily. Here I am working day and night to study, manage and sincerely work on your case, but, I was really hurt and felt bad that you did not mention about this before.
For blood pressure, please look into Rauwolfia Q and Crataegus Oxy Q. I would like you to study these 2 remedies, then, come back to me. We will go from there.
In the meantime, you must use a little more turmeric powder in your cooked food and start immediately on Berberis Vulgaris 1X.
Also, if you have Arnica 200C, then, please take 2 doses only in 2 days? This will help in undoing the bad effects from Arnica 30C.
