Hi- a dose is always 4 drop in
1/4 cup of mineral water- for everything.
Take the Alumen 30c before bed.
Take Hypericum 200c 30 minutes
before breakfast.
Take Calendula 200c half hour after
lunch.
Take the Ferrum Phos 200 c 30 minutes after dinner.

No i am not on Ferrum phos 200C presently. Dr. Nawaz advised me to take it from now on. Could you please advise me on the timings?

Dear Dr. Nawaz and Simone,
I am into the 3rd day of the 5-day once a day course of Hypericum 200C, Calendula 200C, Ferrum phos 200C and Alumen 30C. But again there is quite a lot of discharge of pus and blood from the new sinus opening during the last 24 hours. Colour of the discharge (pus and blood) is orangish-red. Please note that there was absolutely no discharge from this opening in the last 7 days before yesterday. Also the size of the pilonidal dimple seems to have increased slightly. Secretions (blackish-red in colour) from the old operative wounds has decreased very slightly it seems.
I have again become very worried. Is the discharge occurring again because that was your intention through the medications to expel the pus? Please do advise on what I need to do now.

Please also take Berberis Vulgaris 1X or Q, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 4 days.
All of the yellow, bloody or white/watery color pus must be expelled out prior to drying the wound.
You need to get hold of Alumen 3X as well.

I understand that I need to Berberis Vulgaris along with the medicines I am presently taking- Hypericum 200C, Calendula 200C, Ferrum phos 200C and Alumen 30C - am I correct? I have Alumen 30C with me. Is Alumen 3X different from Alumen 30C? If so, I will try to procure Alumen 3X.

Yes, but once you get Alumen 3X, you will stop Alumen 30C.

My name is Deepesh and I am just about to start my college studies. I suffer from extensive Pilonidus Sinus bleeding and when I contacted the doctor, he said that surgery was the best possible solution. Since I am busy filling up college forms and giving entrance exams I cant undergo a surgery and ake a bedrest for 3 weeks and I am a bit afraid of it too. Please suggest an option other than surgery possible to cure this problem since it sometimes feels embarassing when my trousers are covered in blood near buttocks region. I would be deeply grateful

I dont think this will do. The chemist at the homeopathy store prepared the medicine for me in powder form when I asked for Alumen 3X. No other store has it. They also provided a small measuring spoon. Is there any way I can dissolve the powder in mineral water to prepare it?
Also for tomorrow should I only take Berberis Vulgaris as I have completed the 5 day course for the rest, or should I continue all for another day?

I would advise Speed not to go in for surgery. It is useless. It recurred in my case and for many others. Dr. Nawaz and Simone here are extremely helpful. Follow what they say. Best wishes for your recovery.

Today I started thrice daily dose of Alumen 3X. I am not taking any medicine other than Alumen 3X. However for the past 2 days I am noticing that the pilonidl dimple which was about 4mm by 4mm initially has increased in size to about 7mm by 7mm- spherical shape. But there has been no discharge from it inspite of the increased size.
