Woke up this morning, 100.5 fever. has swollen glands on both sides of neck, started first with the right side of neck swelling, now it is both sides, painful to touch. Had pain when swallowing Monday (the day after the issue started Sunday), no more pain swallowing now. Very stuffy throat and nasal area. Sneezing out mucus of clear color.

another thing i have observed is that she has a lot of gas passed via burping for the past year.

Last week, she ate some spicy sauce with her food, and developed thick rash-like patch line around the lips and a round patch to one side. It is still present.

generally has been very 'sad' in the past, and last year and even now has shown lack of confidence or faith or even dread with fears in being able to get something good happen to her regarding college admissions, although she has worked very hard and has achieved generally around 95% in all subjects.

has had hunched area in the top portion of back, which she can straighten up when she is alert. when not alert - posture sometimes defaults to hunched shoulders. When her big toe was swollen many months ago, one of the doctors had suspected gout as a possible, but since the toe healed, so not sure if gout is still indicated, or how we could make the hunch go away.

Give her Lyc. three doses per day for next two to three days. If there's any aggravation with fever or other symptoms post appropriately.

Also post if there is no improvement with fever.

Fever gone, temperature back to normal.
No nasal discharge, no throat issue, back to normal.
Feeling very tired.
Ate sweet dessert after craving for it, before last dose.

If the tiredness does not improve after a couple of days, you can give her alstonia scholaris Q(mother tincture or lower dilutions like 3x/6x) ten drops in a little quantity of water twice a day for a week.

Gave her Ly 200c per instruction. Felt better and is normal now - as in fever and throat ache stopped.
Her lip eczema (from eating hot sauce) is still there but looks like it is getting better.

She has again started eating very sweet food, even after repeated advice not to.

Should I continue her Lyc?
Lip eczema is healing.
About one week ago, she had become very irritated, anxious and unable to sleep, I am sorry I gave her 1 pill of Kali phos 200 c as she said she was not getting sleep. She slept soon after.
For many days she has been anxious at night regarding decision of which college to go to. Ever since I can remember, she has been very anxious about one thing or another.

Why 200c of k.phos? In such exigencies, tissue salt(6x) may be better.

Nope not lyc. at this point. Give her bry. 200c one pill when she is troubled by anxiety affecting sleep/poise.

Thank you, will follow your guidance.

I have bry 30, will get 200

Gave her 1 pill Bry 200c on day one, just before her bedtime when she had trouble sleeping talking about all her anxieties.
then next day - again before bedtime she started talking anxieties - so gave her 1 pill. wasnt sure if I had to repeat the dose.

her lip eczema has stayed and is getting blackish in color. she is unable to open her mouth, and it hurts when she tries as it is dry and has tightened, ad may develop cracks if she opens her mouth wide.

If you have to repeat bry.200 every day, you can do so for three to four days. After that you can hold for a few days to see if things change.

Lip eczema---when did this start? for how long has it been there? Has it been diagnosed as eczema?

when i mentioned lip eczema - i dont know if it is technically eczema, it looked like eczema and formed when she ate hot sauce. The swelling is reddish and formed exactly where the sauce dripped on her lips. she has been applying olive oil as it gets dry and she says it tightens and hurts, and as a result, she has trouble opening her mouth fully. I had mentioned it previously but may have called it something else. It happened at least a few weeks ago. looking a bit better, but still quite visible. i noticed it may be in lycopodium profile when i looked up online but not sure as its been a while since i looked it up. So far she has taken bry 2 times only. Tonight she got upset again during bedtime, this time it was about her dad traveling a lot.

Ok then it could be from the from the sauce. Apply coconut oil and also urtica urens ointment two to three times a day for a few days and report.

If the ointment aggravates, stop and report.
