She has been worried about school the past few days, because of stress. Last night she had an tickling feeling in her throat. It gets dry at night because of the cold winter and dry heater, so this may be the cause. This morning she still has the tickling feeling in her throat, although it is slight.

a few days ago she was very stressed out about which college she would get into - she is very stressed and keeps fearing that she will not get the best college. Although her grades are excellent, she was comparing herself to a senior who has done extremely well. So overall she feels that whatever she has accomplished 'will not count'.
A major exam is coming up in a few weeks and she is extremely stressed while also having to do the mental high intensity studies. I think her worries will hurt her as they are not productive. She cried a few days ago with the worrying.

Although not the major priority - is that she has been losing hair noticeably in the last year, as it is long hair strands.

You had recommended Kali Phos for me when I had exams and I was stressed out a few years ago - not sure if you would recommend the same here as throat issues is involved.

She didnt have fever before sleeping. She slept for about 1.5 hours just after I gave her 1 pill of Sulphur 30c.
On waking - she now has 104 degree fever.

Regarding exam stress, she also needs some counselling. If possible please avail this for her. Usually counselling along with medicines have given good benefit in teens.
Recommendation of sulph. was made in a context based on the symptoms prevailing then. Not sure if it's the right one this time.
Has her fever subsided? If not please stop sulphur, and give her belladonna 200c.

Fever was at 104 last nite
started BD200 this morning. So far given her 2 doses, will give 3rd in a few minutes. Morning she had 98/99, evening her fever rose and at night it is now at 102Fahrenheit. Will give her 3rd dose soon.

BD can be continued for 3 days. If she gets better before and has got no particular fever related symptom then it may be stopped.

Let her take kali phos. 6x two pills twice a day through out this week till she finishes exam.
How does the stress gets expressed in her? That would be a key for a remedy though.
Good diet and sleep are essential. She should get 6 hours of good sleep on the exam eve.

Exams went relatively well.
Her period came after 40 days. This is the longest elapsed time since between her first and second periods two years ago.
Now she feels sad and isn't sleeping very well at night. This morning (about 12 hours ago) she took 3 pills of Kali Phos 6x. What else can be done to help?
