Throat ache recurring Page 6 of 13

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is late night here and I have to give her the medicine before she sleeps. So will give her 3 pills tonight.
Please continue advising us. Thank you so much.

'In the past, for example once every couple of months: if she bends her foot strangely, a sharp pain comes into foot, then gets worse, and then eventually slowly gets better - much like a pinched nerve feeling. has happened to right and left foot at different times. It gets better after she squeezes her foot.'

So is this pain a new symptom or is it a recurring one every couple of months? or this time, it's different?

Try Ledum as a standalone remedy if it's available. Do not give her three pills as a dose of any homeopathic remedy or combination. Just give her one pill as a dose.

Also get merc. sol. 200c.

the pinched nerve pain has occurred in the past as an old symptom which occurred at least once (will check with her regarding exact frequency).

Before reading this advice: already given her 3 pills x 3 times for one day only. No change in swelling or pain (pain happens only when she is walking).

Had to give her Ibuprofen Monday morning (today) (Advil brand name) as the swelling was the same.

Okay will give her ledum as standalone.
Okay will get merc sol 200c.
Thank you.

pain is reduced.
we used ledum 6x pills and also topical cream 'Traumeel' which has injury ingredients.

regarding pinched nerve, she said she gets it only when she stretches her feet about once every few weeks. will ask for more details on this from her.

also got merc sol 200c, not used yet. will await your guidance regarding merc sol 200c dosage. Thank you.

Her foot swelling has reduced slightly since it started, however she still has pain in foot area when she walks on it. So she is walking on the side of her foot, to avoid the pain. Please advise. She has been taking Ledum 6X and had stopped using the foot cream Traumeel for 2 weeks

Oh so it didn't get better? Ok in that case stop ledum 6x, and give her a dose of merc. sol. 200c, just a pill as a single dose.

Foot - the focal point right under the big toe of right foot is still hurting when moved and when walking, however the area below it (where the sesamoid bones were) which was previously swollen and paining: swelling has gone before taking merc sol (last pill) and pain has gone during walking for that area after taking Merc sol last pill.

She is also reporting that about 1 month ago (she also had the pain and swelling in foot at that time) - around early May: she started using the wrong words when speaking casually with her friends - as in she would not speak the word she intended to speak, and a similar sounding but wrong word would be spoken although she didn't intend it. So for example: She said 'pizza topics' instead of 'pizza toppings', instead of saying private she said public, instead of saying 'Colorado' she said 'Denver' and then to correct it she said 'California'. Associated words (including opposite) are being spoken instead of the exact intended word. She says this does not occur if she is seriously thinking about a important subject for example in her exam or if she is seriously thinking before she speaks. She doesn't find an improvement yet since her last merc sol pill.

After taking the last merc sol the pain has increased slightly when she bends the big toe. While walking if she puts pressure on the big toe as if walking normally - it hurts slightly - she is saying now that slight pain while walking didn't go away. She is still walking on the side of her foot to avoid the pain.
She feels that she has a lot going on with her exams. Has been sleeping fine in general, but waking up once and then goes to sleep.
Hair loss is still a lot and noticeable hair on the floor.

She says that using of the wrong words has subsided and she is not doing it as much.

MRI was taken. Doctor says that she has symptoms of 'bursitis', given the fluid in the bursa part of the foot.

Give her arnica 200c-- a dose a day, on three consecutive days. Post the results in 4-5 days.

Also procure a remedy Ruta in 30c strength.

--------

About her using wrong words---was that a new symptom all together? or an old one came up a month ago?

maheeru last decade
Had not started Arnica yet, but her foot pain while walking has stopped. She says she has slight pain if she bends her big toe - but walking pain has stopped and swelling has gone. This was after Mercurius 200 1 pill taken a few weeks ago.

Last few days she has been happy - exams over and was with friends. Today / now she says that her throat is sore again.

The using wrong words symptom was new and had come up a few weeks ago - but now she says that has stopped.

Give her a dose---one pill-- of Lyco. 200c if available. If it's not available give a couple doses in 30c.

Thank you.

She took 2 pills of Lyco.30c we we couldn't find Lyco. 200c.
before taking it she said that although the sore throat is still on the left side (after moving from right side yesterday), it is not as severe as it was yesterday.
will observe and report.
Was able to eat dinner fine at normal quantity yesterday.
Yesterday she had said that she was very thirsty, and kept drinking water.

You might want to procure Lyc. 200c. If she's going to be travelling for a few weeks, then she can have the remedies Merc., Arn., Lyc., Bell. with her.

has 99 degree temperature.
nasal discharge.
eating ok.

apis mel. for bee stings ok.

But for bruises, arnica would be fine.

Punctured wounds require Ledum.

Put one pill of Lyc. 30c in a 200ml water bottle. From this let her take one drop as a dose two times a day(5 to 6 hours apart)--- after duly shaking the bottle up and down vigorously, 5 times--- for next 2 days.

Thank you.
Can she take this after she returns from her travel in 3 weeks? as she will not be allowed to carry the liquid on the flight for security reasons. Please advise.

if can procure Lyc 200c tomorrow, should i give her 1 pill of lyc 200c tomorrow? will also give her the bottle of lyc 200c to carry, that way in case you advise that she should take it again over the next 3 weeks, then she could.
