she will be starting the course you have suggested today. however last night she had sleeping problems. her nose and throat felt very dry even though the air conditioning wasn't on. she drank water to moisten her throat but this caused her to go to the bathroom several times at night without being able to sleep. she probably got around 4-5 hours of sleep because of this. she also had lots of anxiety about school and this made it harder to sleep.

as for the locked jaw, the left side loosens significantly after laying down for some time. however, it goes back to its locked state if she sleeps on her left side.

Ok after finishing rhus dosage make a report.
About k. phos, let her take three doses(one dose a single tablet) a day, the last dose 45 minutes before sleep.

she was very tired last night so she slept quite well. part of yesterday and today her left eye has been twitching intermittently.

her left eye has continued twitching today when she does mental activity/is stressed even in a small way. only a few seconds at a time though.

also, the locked jaw started in july when she was traveling. the pillow she used was very thin so she had to double it up, making it too thick. this is likely what caused the locked jaw. it has not gotten worse since then, but it is annoying when chewing.

Ok make a feedback after she finishes rhus dosage. Let her take 4 more doses---two per day for two more days.

this morning her jaw became more locked on both the left and right sides. after massaging the right side it became less bad (in the same state it has been the past few days). the left side is still worse than the right side.
she has completed the 4 additional doses of rhus tox in the past 2 days. how should we proceed?
has this locked jaw problem happened to other patients as well? is it treatable?

this suggests ruta 200 in the morning and arnica 200 in the evening.
your advice please

Yes people get this problem. This is usually more in teen girls. It is treatable.
If she needs she can apply warmth for relief.
Rhus. doses should not have been deferred and scattered. It's an important remedy for dislocation of jaw. However at this point, it has failed to improve the situation. So there's a need to explore other options.
Give her a dose of sulphur. 200c---a pill. Report changes in 4 to 5 days.

she took the medicine 3 days ago. today the jaw has loosened somewhat on the left side. it is almost normal on the right side. will give it a few more days.

Repeat another dose of sulph. 200c after 8 days from the first dose if jaw does not improve fully by then.

update: pain just went away. jaw almost completely normal. some tightness when biting down.

the past few days she has gotten acne on her forehead and some on her cheeks. also her lips have been somewhat chapped. she has some dandruff for the past few months as well
