Low testosterone

i feel that i have low level of testosterone as the sperm count is very low.

my erection is good while intercourse but at the time of ejaculation the sperm amount is low even if it the first time of the day.

i haven't done any test yet but this is worrying me. please someone help me out here.

few things about me, i am 28 years old, 5'11' height, 80KG and i workout everyday at gym.
