Would like to give you full detailed symptoms.


Yellow and thick urine with bubbles and foul or strong odor,Frequent urination but incomplete.
Burning during and after urination for 15-20 minutes at the tip of penis and also in urethra.
Pressure or cramping in the lower abdomen usually at left side.
Dripping in drops at the end of urination also few drops in pants,feels like few drops are still there in middle to come.
Need to apply pressure while urinating.
In summer due to heat and sometimes just after Sexual intercourse urine comes in drops with severe pain in lower abdomen,burning during and after urination at the tip of penis, pain urges me to empty the bowels to get relaxed from pain and burning in and at the tip of the penis with pain in lower abdomen,also i keep cold and wet towel on lower abdomen to get rid of pain and burning of penis tip and of lower abdomen and it gives me relief.

This is a recurrent problem

Shall i start Cantharis 30?

No improvement in condition after 3 days of taking Cantharis 30.

Sir,

I got huge relief after taking Conium 30 but the relief is incomplete. Frequent urination is less now.

Burning at the tip of penis sometimes below foreskin is less severe now but still present after urination.

Need to apply little pressure while urinating with dripping in drops at the end of urination.

Please suggest.

After initial relief today continuous burning at penis tip(glans penis and below penis foreskin)is present for long time after urination.Slight pain in both testis(scrotum) after urination and at the root of the penis.

Besides above problem, more pressure have to apply to urinate while sitting on commode during bowel movements weak urine flow and several flows with some gap also dripping of urine.This is persistent problem from many years.

Please assist.

I have completed conium 30 doses,got relief from it of about 50-60 percent.

I am also suffering from oligoasthenospermia,childless after 3 years of marriage,varicocele left side 1st grade.

Also unproportionate body,in spite of normal weight(85kgs) for height(192cms)upper and lower limbs are very thin and weak,short and weak shoulders,narrow chest with some visible bones,no adequate fats,muscles and flesh on the body,height increased very rapidly vertically without horizontal development of body during childhood.

Always fearful,suspicious,anxiety,negative and unwanted thoughts gets crowded in mind all the time,inferiority complex,guilty feeling,irritable,easily offended,always in hurry,always worried,fear of catching diseases and death,weak digestion,shy,hesitation before new and unknown person.

Please help.

Sir,

Burning at the tip of penis has been reduced very much but still present after urination for some time.

Pain at the root of penis at lower side is present now and it is continuous,feels like some urine is getting blocked there at the root of penis also slight pain in both testis more specific at left testicle(varicocele side).Kindly have a look on my first post of yesterday.

It feels like penis with both testicles should be pulled out from the body due to continuous pain.urine is getting blocked in the passage(urethra) and it urges me to empty bowels to get rid of remaining urine from the passage and pain.

As per your advise i have to take conium 30 from today on alternate days.

Kindly go through the changes i noticed.

Please suggest if any changes i have to make.

Sir,

Today during urination i have noticed 2-3 small marks(like small scratches) of light red color on upper side of glans penis and i suppose that little bit burning is there due to them,no pus is there.

Pain in testicles is no more now,but burning on glans penis is there.

Please tell if it is any serious thing or not.

As advised by you i took two single doses of conium 30 on alternate days and now i have to take weekly one dose of conium for one month i.e. total 4 doses in one month.Am i right sir?Please confirm.

Please suggest medicine for me for above problems if you feel it is convenient for me with the medicine i am already taking suggested by you now.

Sir,

From last two doses of conium i felt headache throughout the day on that day only.
2-3 times urination at night and after urination feels thirsty at night.
Feeling of some weakness below waist(lower)part of body after urination sometimes.
Although the intensity of burning is little bit less but continuous burning in glans penis and urethra is present after urination.

Urine is hot and flow is not continuous requires pressure to complete urination.

Please assist.
