Sir,

From last two doses of conium i felt headache throughout the day on that day only.
2-3 times urination at night and after urination feels thirsty at night.
Feeling of some weakness below waist(lower)part of body after urination sometimes.
Although the intensity of burning is little bit less but continuous burning in glans penis and urethra is present after urination.

Urine is hot and flow is not continuous requires pressure to complete urination.

Please assist.

From yesterday i am feeling pain and blockage during urination at the middle of penis (in urethra) at starting.Pain and burning at the middle of penis will remain there after urination also.

Due to pain and burning i feel fear to urinate.

Some pain in both testicles when there is urge for urination.

Burning at the tip of penis subsides a lot now but burning and pain at the starting of flow is present now.

Few updates,

Completed dosage of Borax 30 twice daily for three days.Also took one dose of conium 200 yesterday.

Blockage at starting during urination few centimeters before the penis tip(orifice of penis)is no more now but pain and burning at the middle of penis just before orifice of penis is present after urination.

Still continuous burning in upper side of glans penis and below the foreskin of penis on upper side of penis is present after urination and no relief from this burning up till now.

Please take a look.

From starting till now,

Only the intensity of burning is little bit less say 20-25 percent i.e. burning in upper side of glans penis and below the foreskin of penis on upper side of penis after urination.Sir this burning(like sprinkled red chilly on penis tip) irritates me more than anything because sometimes it is continuous after urination.

Urine sometimes yellow with foul or strong odor sometimes white and odorless.

Dripping in drops at the end of urination also few drops in pants,feels like few drops are still there in middle to come is less.

Need to apply pressure while urinating, it is less now.

Slight pain in both testis(scrotum) after urination and at the root of the penis.It is no more now.

Burning in urethra after urination still present.

Feeling of some weakness below waist(lower)part of body after urination sometimes.It is no more now.

Updates

Completed the dosage of Capsicum 30 twice daily for three days.

I have got relief from continuous burning in upper side of glans penis and below the foreskin of penis on upper side of penis after urination.Relief is almost about 80-90 percent.

Burning along with slight pain after urination for few minutes in urethra is still present but the intensity is less and it happens occasionally.Hot urine with some blocking in the passage(urethra)at starting during urination sometimes.

Sorry for asking you once again.

I have not understood the dosage of conium 200 correctly.

Kindly clarify that after 7 days i have to take conium 200 as:

1)Single dose and wait for one month i.e. one dose in one month.

Or

2)One dose daily for one month i.e. 30 doses in a month.

Or

3)Once in a week for one month as you advised in your earlier post i.e. 4 doses in one month.

Please go through the updates

1) Got itching,the itching is more on the parts i.e. between the thighs,on testicular skin,perineum region,sometimes at the anus,the itching is less in other body parts but the center and concentration is more in these areas,itching with no blood or pus, more severe at night when lie on bed,dry skin.Itching is not continuous.A small wart is there in the inner side of right testicle it itches sometimes but not always with no pus or blood.Itching is recurrent, it comes back in a month or two.


2)There is pain and stiffness in the lower back,the pain is in the middle near the joint at both side, also pain and stiffness is more on right side compared to left side of the waist.

3)Some transparent sticky liquid is present at the tip of the penis during erection at the time of Sexual intercourse.



3)Now continuous pain and feeling of some blockage is present at the root of the penis which urges me to urinate.More pressure have to apply to urinate while sitting on commode during bowel movements, weak urine flow and several flows with some gap also dripping of urine during bowel movements,burning during and after urination in the middle of urethra, pain urges me to empty the bowels to get relaxed from pain and burning.Increased frequency to empty the bowels.

As advised by you i have done urine culture test and ultra sound scan for prostate gland.The results are as under:

Prostate is normal in size 3.4*3.1*2.7cm and echo pattern.

I have also done sonography of whole abdomen.Results are:

Liver:Normal in size and shows increased echogenecity.

CBD and PV are normal in caliber.Gall Bladder is well distended and smooth in outline.No calculus or sludge is seen.Wall thickness is normal.

Spleen is normal in size,shape and echo pattern.Pancreas normal in size and echo pattern.Pancreatic calcification is not seen. Both kidneys are normal in size,shape and echo pattern.No e/o calculus or hydronephrosis. Both ureters are not dilated.Bladder is well distended.No free fluid in abdomen.

Opinion: fatty liver grade 1.

Urine culture and sensitivity test:-

Impression on culture: No growth

I have also done Routine urine test.

Physical examination
Volume:30ml,Appearance:Clear,Colour: Pale yellow,PH:Acidic

Chemical examination
Albumin:Nil,Sugar:Nil,Bile salt:...,Bile pigments:...,Urobilinogen:Present in normal amount.

Microscopic examination
Pus cells:Occasional pus cells seen,RBCs: Not seen,Epithelial cells:Few,Crystals:Not seen,Casts:Not seen,Bacilli:Not seen

Opiniun: Within in normal limit

I have been highly benefited by capsicum.

Now more burning in urethra is present after urination also itching in groin area.No Burning in foreskin and glans penis.

After the doses of capsicum 30 no burning(like that of red chilli powder) in the foreskin and on the glans penis is present now.

After taking capsicum 200 no improvement is there in burning in the urethra which is present after urination for 15-30 minutes(not like red chilli but very irritating) also itching in complete groin area between the thighs,on testicular skin,perineum region is present occasionally.Some blockage,pain and burning is there in the urethra just before urethral opening at the start during urination.

Sorry for posting late.

Due to excessive burning and blockage during urination i went to Urologist and he diagnosed as prostatitis and prescribed antibiotics to me with anti amoebic medicine for itching.

Burning is less now but not fully cured.

Previous issues related burning in urination has been resolved now.

Kindly suggest medicine for:

Unproportionate body,in spite of normal weight(85kgs) for height(192cms)upper and lower limbs are very thin and weak,short and weak shoulders,narrow chest with some visible bones,no adequate fats,muscles and flesh on the body,height increased very rapidly vertically without horizontal development of body during childhood.Could not wear jeans due to thin body structure.Emaciation.

Always fearful,suspicious,anxiety,negative and unwanted thoughts gets crowded in mind all the time,inferiority complex due to body structure,blaming god for not making me normal guy,guilty feeling,irritable,easily offended,always in hurry,always worried,fear of catching diseases and death,weak digestion,shy,hesitation before new and unknown person.
