low testosterone

hey guys because of a blood flow problem my testicles dont make testorone very well. im therefor looking forsomething which will improve the way my body utilises testosterone. increasing lh and fsh are useless as my levels are already very high, i need something which works at the later stages of the process, like makes my own testoerone more potent if scuh a thing exists. many thanks
