Help with Paranoia

I was wondering if there is any advice on a homeopathic treatment for paranoid & obsessional thoughts.

It is regarding a certain part of my body which somebody commented on some years ago and ever since I have got so paranoid about it.
(I dont even like to talk about it to people in case they say something that may upset me)

I was put on Seroxat 3 years ago after the birth of my second child but have managed to come of it for over a year now. The paranoid thoughts seem to be worse since coming off this medication, but I dont want to go back on it.

Other symptoms are tension in neck area causing tension headaches.

The thoughts are worse in the morning, when I first wake up which can be early.

I would like a treatment that would help me to feel a sense of wellbeing if possible and to stop worrying over this matter.

Any advice would be very appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I sincerely suggest you to visit http://www.emofree.com and download the manual which is FREE.

I am sure EFT will be immensely useful.

I further suggest to go to the page where Personal Peace Programme is detailed.

If you desire, I can work with you in setting up the basic setup statment and lot of other things.

I wish you take this advice seriously and I assure you of all help from my side.

I strongly intuite that you will be cured by EFT.

What is Paranoia?
Paranoia involves feelings of persecution and an exaggerated sense of self-importance. Paranoia occurs in many mental disorders and is rare as an isolated mental illness. Since the delusions involve only one area, a person with paranoia can usually work and function in everyday life, however, their lives may be limited and isolated. There are different types of paranoia including conjugal paranoia, erotomania, hypochondriacal paranoia, and different types of paranoid disorders such as paranoid personality and paranoid schizophrenia.

Symptoms of Paranoia:
Symptoms of paranoia and paranoid disorders include intense and irrational mistrust or suspicion, which can bring on sense of rage, hatred, and betrayal. Some people suffering from paranoid personality may have a high capacity to annoy or enrage others because of rigid and maladaptive behavior. Some identifiable beliefs and actions of paranoid-related disorders include mistrust, taking offense easily, difficulty with forgiveness, defensive attitude in response to imagined criticism, preoccupation with hidden motives, fear of being deceived or taken advantage of, inability to relax, argumentative, abrupt, stubborn, self-righteous, and perfectionistic.

What Causes Paranoia?
The cause of paranoia is a breakdown of various mental and emotional functions involving reasoning and assigned meanings. The reasons for these breakdowns are varied and uncertain. Some symptoms of paranoia may arise from repressed, denied or projected feelings. Paranoid thoughts and feelings can become part of a delusional system through an accident, a misunderstanding or minor injustice, heightened intimacy, or increased responsibility.

I try to drink as much water as I can during the day but Im always thirsty during the night and often wake up with a constant dry throat. Always drink about a pint during the night.
Tongue is red but has little lumps on the back very close to my throat. No other marks on it.
BP good but tends to be on the low side.
Paranoid & obsessional thoughts with regards to my hair. Obsessed with hair loss and very self conscious of it.
The situation started about 15 years ago when I was going through a stressful patch. A comment was made by a works colleague that my hair was thinning and that I would go bald before him!
Gradually over the years I got more & more obsessional with it but more during stress full times.
When I met my husband he helped but after child birth I would feel down again.

The thoughts make me feel panicky sometimes or obsessional about looking at it to check but I try to stop this which makes me feel more panicky.
Can get neck ache which upsets me as that makes me feel this could make it worse.
Viscous cycle of events

Feel as though it is constantly on my mind and stops me from feeling happy about myself. Low self esteem. This stops me from doing things & going to places as I use to go.

Since having my second child 3 years ago it seems to have got even worse.
The doctor after the birth put me on seroxat for post natal depression but Ive come off them over a year ago. Since coming off them my paraniod feels have got worse which could be a side effect of coming off the drug. I don’t feel as though I think of anything else and the thoughts make me tense

Feelings are tension & panick from the stomach area.
Feeling depressed over the situation that I feel I cannot control as much as I try.

Hate looking in mirror but sometimes get caught it a situation of checking to make sure it is Ok but not being sure about what my eyes tell me. I feel I cannot judge correctly what I see, which gives me a feeling of no control.
I don’t like to see other people with problems as that makes me compare & feel panicky – stops me from going out as much as I use to.
I don’t enjoy going out as much as I feel very self concious of my hair
Always asking my husband for reassurance, have grown dependant on him sometimes

My hands tend to be playing with my hair at the back.

Current medicine include St Johns Wort,Evening Primrose & Star Flower Oil, Omega oils, Multi vitamin & sometimes extra Iron.

Family Background – unsettled childhood as my Dad was in RAF so we moved around a fair bit.
6 other brothers/sisters. I am youngest.
I can never remember feeling very confident even as a child – shy although Im not so shy now.

School left with 8 GCSEs & 3 A levels
Started uni but didn’t finish – stayed for 1 year

Work in Admin

No desire for any particular foods

As a person I would consider myself considerate of others feeling due to my expereince above.
I am not patient though when it comes to results from trying out methods – big fault.
Seem to try a various amount of things to not succeed.

I know my hair is not 100% but I just want to accept the way I am and be contented & at peace with myself

I hope this is enough information
Any help with some homeopathic remedy would be very appreciated.
Thanks for your time

Thankyou so much for your reply.

Could I just clarify that I take 3 doses of CAMPHER 6C (is this in one day?)
then start to take one dose of STAMONIUM 6C daily in morning for one month.

Is there any foods I need to avoid in order for this to work?
Thanks

Hi

Could you advise if symptoms get worse before they get better on the treatment?

and

do you have to avoid coffee/mint toothpaste completely or just a few hours after taking the treatment?

Thanks
