what sort of medications :allopathic
Since Hormonal Therapy does not causes pain or interferes with routine activities, she is doing ok with no such mentioned symptoms.
Because I am more inclined towards homeopathic approach so need to know if she can take homeopathic treatment side by side

She can take homeopathy remedies but for what do you want to give her. now -Wnt that treat the root cause?

The medication given to her for metastatic C
It means that it has spread to other parts too from the breast
In the cases where this happens homeopathy is not advisable
Do not look for anything else in homeopathy but try
Phytolacca 200 once day and Carsinosin 200 once a day ( it’s from Bannerjee protocols)
Do NOT interfere with the allopathic medication at all and continue to give those as prescribed
All the medicines prescribed the oncologist must be given

her petscan says its till supraclavicular.Is there possibility other parts are not being captured by it.

I am referring to Prashanta Bannerjee protocols
If it has gone beyond the breast only an oncologist can answer the query that too after more tests
If is was restricted to the breast I am sure the oncologist would have recommended for surgery since he did not do so it means it may spread that is why the tablets Abemaciclib

We did check on this
They say,Since it is in Breast and non aggressive so Hormonal therapy is better deal.
Thru this therapy , they will first reduce the size of tumor and later followed by surgery of undissolved tumors.
The tumor from breast till supraclavicular node is considered regional , with the source residing in breast.
