Dear Sir, I am suffering from rhumatoid arthrits and on the methotrexate tabs. But I have arthritus in my finger nuckles and right shoulder as well as right knee. My right side is mostly affected and in cold weather it becomes worse. I am really upset while using methtrexate tabs and looking for homeopathic remedy.Key symtoms: feels buring in knee and shoulder joints, forgetfulness, sad and forgets the things quickly, mental fag, burning in eyes like sand inside. Little warts on the eyelids and side of neck, stomach bloated and cannot digest any thing, constipation, high sexual desire, hide things from other people, anger and keeping things in mind for long time.
Could you please recommend proper remedy which can uproot my arthritus completely. thanks

Dear Dr. Sameer
Current and Mind Behavior: I feel depressed and do not like any thing, anxiety in the house and feel better in the open and cold air. I am sad and forgets the things quickly and exhausted while doing mental work for my studies. I feel fear from some thing which can go bad against me. Some times I check my door one or two times weather it is locked or not. I do not like my wife to enter my room and look into my things. Sometimes i want my things to be secret as she does with her own things as well. I feel my life hectic and useless.
Head and eyes: I feel burning sessation on my vertex and as if some thing is stabbing or piericing on vertex. If i am constipated then i feel rush of blood towards my head and pins and needling effect on the scalp. I put cold wather on my head. My blood pressure was checked by the doctor and it was high on lower side.
When i was young 18yrs old my hair starts falling due to masterbation and my upper scalp is bald now. In my eyes burning sensation as if sand is filled in them. There are very small warts on my eyelids and on the side of the neck.
Food Cravings: I like salty thins and smoky, highly seasoned or fried meat without fat. I also eat grilled fish and sometimes I feel to drink alcohol or bear etc.
Abdomen and stomach: indigestion, constipation, bloated and extended abdomen. Increase in weight. Heavy feeling and burning in stomach. I had a liver biopsy and i was told that my liver is faty and enlarged. I feel a sensation or pain towards my right side under the ribs, sometimes i feel my liver is sore and effected but in the test it was said ok and only enlarged and faty.
There is not too much thirst and i push my self to drink water or juice etc but my mouth is dry.
Fingers and shoulders: I have main problem in my nuckles and my first finger nuckle on right hand is mostly red. I feel burnig sensation on the top of my shoulders and right knee most of the time. There is no much pain in my finger joints but my nuckles are more effected on right hand and it is progressing to left hand as well.
Modalities and tempeature: I feel better in warm weather. In cold weather my symptoms becomes worse but mentaly I feel better in cold air and out of the house.
Genitals: I feel erotic ideas coming into my minds and picture sketch of the girls involved in my life when i was young. I feel upset of my past during which i used to masterbates when i was in my twenty years of age. I can see all vaginal parts before my eyes when i am in my sleep or before i get up from my bed.I have extreme constipation as well and when i force the stool down then i can see one or two white drops coming out from penis before my urine. Sometimes urine comes in forked stream and there is retention as well and i have to sit longer and feel some more drop is going to come. I have excessive sexual feeling and high passion as well. I do not do any sex with my wife due to revengeful feelings and in my past i had excessive sex and i feel that led me towards rumatoid arthritus. If i have sex with my wife then i feel fully weak and exhauseted after that and get too much pain and burning in my right knee, so i avoid it now. So there is aversoin to sex and loss of pleasure because i feel that too much semen comes out and after that itch feeling at the underside of my penis. There is premature ejaculation as well and lot of weakness.
Past events: I had problems in my family when i was young. My parents used to fight with each other. Last year my wife had a fight with me and she used my children one boy and two girls againts me and she educates and feeds them against me, which upsets me. Three doses of CAUSTICUM 30c to be taken for ONE single day as described below.
Dissolve 2 pellets (or 2 drops if you buy liquid) of CAUST 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. If leave the pellets in water for 20 mins, they will melt. You can shake it gently after they have dissolved.
Take a teaspoon from this bottle using a disposable spoon 3 times, spaced by 30 minutes.
This is to be done for one day ONLY and after that no more doses.
Let me know in 5 days after these 3 doses.
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .

I have observed that you have started prescribing 3 does of 30c. I very clearly remember your comments much longer ago that there is no reason to do 3 doses till you try out one and 3 doses may interfere with the cure unless you try one and see the reaction first.
What has changed in your experience ? I often administer 3 doses to my family and have found one dose of 30c more often does not work.

I always have prescribed 3 quick doses of 30c and below from the very beginning except in very young children where I am extra cautious.
So nothing has changed in my experience, I would still never repeat the same centesimal potency again.

I took 3 doses of CAUST 30c after 30min interval as per your instructions. I did not take any thing else i.e methotrexate etc.
I feel the same symptoms yet i.e stabbing and stinging on vertex like pins and needles. Forgettfulness of my mind, mental fag etc. Checking things again and again i.e door etc: complusive disorder.
Eyes and EARS: burning in eyes like sand filled in them and little warts on the eyelids.
I could not tell you about my one symptom of my abdomen which is constriction and tension 3/4 inches above the belly button or naval area. When i eat any thing it stops there. I feel heavyness and burning in my stomach. if i lift heavy things then my muscles above naval area are streched and i get tension and constriction like feeling.
Genitals: still the sexual passion very high and sometimes burning on the tip of penis and under the penis at the root. CONSTIPATIO is still the same and heavy feeling in stomach and burning.
Extremeties: feel numbness on the finger tips/nails and toes of my feet. still burning in my right knee and right shoulder and pain at back of my neck/nape. I feel pain at the back near kidney area while lying on the bed. want to lie on hard surface. ther is a lot of burning sensation on the top of my shoulders and in between the shoulders at my back.
**sorry i could not tell you about that i was taking methotrexate 2.5mg 5tabs after each week before and also one dose of c-veg30c at night and rhus-tox30c in morning and afternoon remedies. But i stopped all of these for CAUST30.

I am feeling great weakness and did not take any thing after the 3 doses you described for caust30c.
I am feeling as some body has put chillies or coal on the tops of my shoulders and pain at my back in between the shoulders i.e middle spot is burning with coal.
still indigestion and constipation.
Feeling itch at the back of my both hands and when i scratch it becomes red.
The other change is also itch on the top of my feet. sometimes i feel left foot is more cold and the other is hot or normal while going in bed for sleep at night time.
The other thing is pain and swelling in the nuckles of my left hand as well. On both hands if can see that nuckles have move down i.e little depressions are formed. There was not so much pain in nuckles before in my left hand.
For abdomen i feel on riht side towards liver some sensation. On left side i feel some burning near the lower ribs and i was told about gastritis for that.My abdomen is swollen like a football and tension and constirction is there. The main part is affected above the naval area where there is more tension and constriction.

But in the past i used c-veg30 at night and rhustox in the morning and afernoon one dose each day and used about 2/3 months. I had used many other medicines in the past recomended to me when i developed rhumatoid arthritus in 2004, i.e. cal-carb, k-carb, sulpher, lyco, all used in 30 potency for one or two weeks but staphy only for one day.
Please let me know about the methotrexate, shall i continue with that or advise me further.

Sulphur 1M was taken long time ago and i do not remember the exact date and time. The other two medicines were c-veg 30c and rhustox 30c which were taken about 3 months ago.
I am feeling itch at the back of my right hand and nuckles area is red and itchy, mostly first finger's nuckle is affected and it is red and dark.

Please take a single dose of Lycopodium 200c as follows.
Dissolve 2 pellets in 120 ml water, stir well and take a teaspoon from there ONCE. Make sure nothing enters your mouth 1 hr before and 1 hr after the dose.
Report in 1 week after this dose.

I have lyco 30c and 1M but i do not have lyco 200 at this moment. May i take any one of those. I also want to ask you that in the past many medicines were taken and their effect may be there. Shall i take opium 200 dose as well, because medicines do not work on me. I think symptoms are generally matching with caust and i am feeling some thing bad is going to happen with my relatives and family. I am feeling great depression, anxiety and heart burn as well. I will do what you will say. But I want to tell you that a single dose of lyco 1M was taken in june2008 and no more after that.
Today I felt great problem with my left hand. My total left hand was numb and very stiff like concrete. First it was my right hand and right knee which was severely bad in the past but it is progressing on left side as well towards the nuckles of my left hand.
When i get up from seat while working on computer i feel problem with my knees i.e. stiffness and same happens while getting up from toilet seat. My abodomen is extended and swolen and there is pain and constriction/pinching about 3/4 inches on the top of belley button/naval area and also on sides with heart burn as well.
I was really desperate and took one weekly dose of methotrexate and a little bit better. But methotrexate is a medicine given for cancer and other inflamatory purposes.But i do not like to take methotrexate because, it creats trouble with my stomach and leads to indigestion and constipation.

Abdomen: after 2 days of lyco i did some exercise while lying on bed, that moving up and touching my feet but my muscles streched on the area 3/4 inches above belly button. I still feel tense and strechy in this area. I had some blood coming with my stool, hammorids.

Chest: heart burn and heavyness. left arm pit absess like stinging and sticky sweat and itchy place.

still indigestion and constipation. No appatite, bloated. on right side near liver shooting pain and similarly on left side sensation and stinging in the abdomen.
Chest: heart burn and heavyness. left arm pit absess like stinging and sticky sweat and itchy place.
extremities: paing in right shoulder, stinging between shoulders at the back, pain at the back of neck, problem in right knee, rising from the seat.

When i walk, after some time i feel lot of pain in right shin bone and at the back of my heel on right foot 2/inches higher near tendon.

I took 3 doses of Lachesis 200c. only felt a little bit better. I could not tell you last time that i had also started methotrexate on each thursday my weekly dose as well. I need your advice that shall i continue methotrexate or not with homeo remedy? My symtoms are following:
Mind: still feels depressed and sad with relation to my family events. hate children and family.cannot concentrate on study, forgettful, no intrest in work and say to myself i will do it tommorrow. do not like to do any thing, anxiety in house but better outside, hate from my family, postponing things, thinks some thing bad some one has done against me, feels upset with my health issues.supersticious beleifs, lethargic, whole body is broken, tirdness during mental work and forgettfulness.
head: stinging and pricking on scalp and at vertex,less hair on scalp/baldness and do not like sun on my head, because it starts priking and stinging.
eyes: itchy and dry, gums detached

Three doses of ARSENICUM ALBUM 30c to be taken for ONE single day as described below.
Dissolve 2 pellets (or 2 drops if you buy liquid) of Ars 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. If leave the pellets in water for 20 mins, they will melt. You can shake it gently after they have dissolved.
Take a teaspoon from this bottle using a disposable spoon 3 times, spaced by 30 minutes.
This is to be done for one day ONLY and after that no more doses.
Let me know in 5 days after these 3 doses.
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.

Mind: sadness, depression, anxiety in house, lethargic, whole body is broken, tirdness during mental work and forgettfulness.
Head: feels as if blood is rushing towards the scalp, itching and stinging sensation on scalp, some thing piercing on vertex, stinging and burning.pins and needles on scalp.
eyes: still burning, stinging on the lines and outer edges of eyes. eyes dry and feels something scratching inside, lot of intching.
abdomen: tense, bloated, burning and stinging sensation as if something is biting on 4/5 inches above the belley button and towards left and right under the upper ribs.
On second day and third day of medicine i noticed blood in stool in the afternoon only and on 4th day it disappeared.
after eating any thing heavyness feeling and bloated and windy inside as if swollen. the main problem is tension and constriction, burning, stinging, biting under the upper ribs left and right and at the mouth of stomach.

only a little bit improvement but not ceartin completley.
I could not tell you before that i feel heat in my hands and feet sole. sometimes at night time during my sleep i have to take my feet out of my bed. similarly sometimes working on computer, my legs involuntarily start moving but they stop after some time.
I feel lot of unrest and concious about my health. main problem is my stomach and indigestion.
