Please take a single dose of Arsenicum Album 200c.
Dissolve 2 drops (2 pellets if you cant get liquid) in 120 ml water, stir well and take a teaspoon from there ONCE. Make sure nothing enters your mouth 1 hr before and 1 hr after the dose.

I have taken a single dose of Arsenicum Album 200c on last Friday. I feel the same, forgettfulness, sadness and compulsive disorder. symptoms go shortwhile but again come after some time. medicine is not showing any reaction on my body. stomach and abodomen problems are also the same. there is stinging and burning on vertex of my head, sitnging and burning in my eyes edges and outer lining. stinging and burning in my right shoulder and right knee and also pain in my left shoulder, left knee, anckles swellings, cannot walk at first stage too much but during continued walk my body become hot and then less trouble in walking. similarly rising from the chair or toilet seat is also problem.
constriction and tension on the upper abdomen is still problem. If i eat any thing burunig strats in my abdomen and it seems to me lot of acid is burning inside but don't get any sour taste or vomiting. my oral cavity and pallet becomes red, mouth dry and no thirst.
my blood pressure also increases and i feel something like blood is running towards my head. there is lot of numbness in finger tips of both hands and sometimes in toes.
I get erotic and sexual thoughts all the time. there is burning in urine pale colour. there is lot of stinging and itch under the penis at the start of root of penis.
I feel worried and disappointed about my health. No pleasure in life, sadness and feel that i will not be able to do any thing in my life. There is a grief as well. I forget the things and cannot concentrate on my studies.

I took one dose of ARSENICUM ALBUM 1M on 25th April.
I have stopped methotrexate and now my health has gone down. I wanted to check my health while using homeo medicine but after leaving methotrexate it is more worse now. pain increased in my knee and shoulders without methotrexate tabs. symptoms are still the same.
eyes:lot of itching in eyes and eyes outer deges.eyes are dry and itchy all the time.
Mind: still grief, do not want to stay with my family. want my own life now. feal fear something will be bad. sometimes check the door locks many times if it is closed or not.sometimes i worry about my health and feel like i will not recover my health.forget the things quickly. mind dazed and feel tired after mental work.
extremities: still feel lot of pain in right sholder and right knee. ankles are swolen. pain in hand nuckles and numbness on the tips of fingers.pain in shin bones and weakness on walking. stinging and stiching on the top of both shoulders.

There is no history of abuse here which is almost a must for a Staph case, and the mental state (a very fearful one) here with the burning and stinging nature of pains 'as from hot needles' are very strongly pointing to Kali-c. Sexual passion being high and aversion to family is there very strongly in Kali-c.
I do not see any Staph indications here.

I dissolved two soft tables/pilules of Kali Carb in 250ml of spring water and then took one teaspoon after 2 hours each time and completed only 3 doses.
I feel high sexual passion and burning and stinging during urine. Sexual passion is very excessive. Felt a little bit better mentally on the 2nd day after taking the Kali carb. My tummy was bloated and lot of flatulence released. But on third day and onward again my tummy is bloated and swolen. There is high sexual desire and pollution thoughts in sleep. I feel pain in both of my knees now which is stinging even i am resting. After walking i feel very much tired. sometimes i feel my legs will give way and i might fall due to vertigo but this is not felt all the time. I have got lot of pain in my nuckles. I have got pain in my neck and burning spot in between the shoulders i.e. scapulaie. Pain in my back near the kindney area and while on the bed i feel pain in my buttocks or hip joints as well. My ankles are swolen and shoulders have got sensation and stinging in them. similarly elbow ends or joints are paining.
My eyes are stining and i feel as if burning and sand is filled in them. They are dry and my mouth is also dry, i feel heat and burning in my stomach due to acidity. There is stinging on the scalp as well.
On the 2nd day of medicine, i felt better but my symptoms are still existing. There is a grief as well due to my family problems and sometimes i feel i shold leave these people and remarry. sometimes there is feeling of revenge as well. I want to do every work in rush but when the things go wrong i feel depressed. sometimes i feel some thing bad is going to happen and there is a fear of that. sometimes i check my door many times weather lock is on or not, i feel fear sometimes some one robber or theif might break in, so check the door lock many times. there is mental fag and i feel tired while working mentally and sometimes cannot concentrate fully.
Overall i felt better on the 2nd day of Kali Carb but the symptoms have not gone yet. Could you please advise me what shoul i do, weather i shoul repeat the medicine or not or shall i go for higher potency. I have not taken methotrexate but there is lot of pain and weakness. The doses were taken on Monday 11/05/2009. I feel lot of pain in between scapulaie/shoulders. There is a burning spot on spine/back bone in between the shoulders blades which is stinging and paining as well.

KALI CARBONICUM 1M dose was taken on 22nd May 09. After taking medicine on 2nd day, i felt high sexual passion and i had done it on 3rd day. But after doing this i felt lot of numbness in tips of my fingers and overall weakness.
When this happens to me, then i condemn myself why i did sex, because for long time i did not do this and i had not such a weakness in my eyes and all over my body. If i do sex, then i am pushed to do it again and again and passion never finshes, even i feel stinging in my penis during ejaculation. I had two turns today again but ejaculation was premature. I had pollution in my mind most of the time.
My tummy is still swolen like a ball and there is still tension above the stomach area and towards sides, about 4/5 inches above belly button. I feel heavyness and bloating after eating any thing. Mentally i forget the things very quickly and feel fear, some thing bad might happen with me and due to stress my stomach is effected. there is only a little bit improvement in mental situation but the symptoms come again, so i cannot say any thing exactly.
The stinging pain at the top of shoulders and knees is still there. I do not why my abdomen is swolen and bloated all the time. The more area is swolen above the stomach where the chest ribs start on the diaphram.

I also want to tell you that after having sex, I feel lot of burning in my spine between the shoulders. There is also back pain at my back near kidney area. Helios do Kali-carb in LM1 to LM50 potencies. Which potency i should buy, is it LM1? They also do 10ml to 150ml oral liquid solution with 10% alcohol. The potencies are available in distilled water as well. So if i have to repeat medicine every day then i should buy 150ml liquid. If i do not need to repeat every day then i should buy 10ml. Please advise about this, either i have to take single dose only once or do i need to repeat the medicine as well. 150ml quantity can go for one month, one spoon every day and night.
