Hi Sameer

I appreciate your great knowledge. You are the best homeopath and that is why I selected you through this forum by your way of treatment and use of medicine. You recommend least amount of medicine even one spoon dose. Most homeopath recommend 4-5 drops in half cup of water but you say take only one spoon which is absolutely effective to act on the vital force, because the vital force needs least amount of medicine rather than the dose of medicine should produce main symptoms in the patient for proving.
You recommended Causticum again, which I feel the right selection. But I want to tell you that during my last mail to you there was a big gap and I could not receive any reply from you. Things became worse for me during that time and I was really desperate and disappointed. I studied different medicines during that time. 1) The major problem was the stiffness and burning on a spot in between the shoulders. My situation used to aggravate at night and I get lot of spinal pain and pain in between the shoulders. 2) The other problem which was not appeared before but I found later about my genital areas and my skin was excoriated (as if grazed, chaffed); between scrotum and thighs and when I feel that area, this secretion was sticky type.
I tried to match the symptoms and found that GRAPHITES seems to more near due to constipation and stomach problems, as along with trapped wind etc.
So I took a single dose (powder) 200c of GRAPHITES about one and half week ago and later I received your reply about Causticum.
I felt better about my first week because there was less constipation problem and lot if flatus released. It worked with my stomach but I still feel more burning pain in between the shoulders which is leading towards causticum symptoms. Because I get insomania and my feet soles and hands become icy cold at night. When I get up in the morning, blood rushes towards my head and I feel burning on the vertex of my scalp.
But Grpaphites improved a little bit of my dandruff problem because I have white patches and scars on my scalp and I have itching scalp still.
The other feature which is not in Graphites but in Causticum is that I have restless leg, which means that if I work on computer sometimes my left leg will start moving involuntary or some time I move my both legs, feet and thigh portion involuntary.
I have ordered the Causticum as per your advice. Please advise further, shall I wait few more days for Graphites so its effect should finish or start Causticum doses as per your advice. It will be nearly two weeks time when I took Graphites and I cuausticum will reach to me via post etc. I again want to remind you that it is one and half week time passed uptill today when I took Graphites 200c.

I feel very much chilly and cold during winter and wrap my self. Some times I feel that SILICEA could be my medicine because it is very good to impurify the blood. As my immune system is affected and it is called auto-immune by my doctor and my own white blood cells are working against me during rheumatoid arthritis.

I am reporting to you after 7th dose of LM1 Causticum.
Mind: I feel sad and cannot concentrate. I forget the things mostly. I have left a letter or something somewhere, I will be unable to find it after few days, where I left it. So forgetfulness and absent minded is there. I do not like to do any work and satisfy my self that I will do it tomorrow and this goes on and on.
Head: itching on the scalp and burning sensation on the vertex as if some thing is stinging.
Eyes: really bad and sticky in the morning. There is lot of itching like sand in them and dryness as well. Itching is under the lids as well. Last time when I took Causticum, there appeared little warts like thing on the upper lid of my right side and they are still there. My upper lids of eyes are swelled like bag and dropped downwards and due to that my eye size looks smaller.
I have some warts on my forehead for long time and they are still there.
Abdomen: Heaviness in stomach and burning after eating any thing. Aversion to meat now. Stomach bloated and extended and lot of trapped wind. Constipation is still there and dribbing of urine. I have to wait till all the drops of urine are passed.
Genitals: itching and burning on the top of penis during urine. Sexual passion is very high. There is one flat wart on my left thigh near genital area and some are on my body under the right arm.
Extremities and back: The major problem was the stiffness and burning on a spot in between the shoulders. This is still there and aggravated. Pain and burning increased rather than decreasing. My situation used to aggravate at night and I get lot of spinal pain and burning in between the shoulders. When I get up in the morning, blood rushes towards my head and I feel burning on the vertex of my scalp. My blood pressure increases in the morning when I awake and sometimes things become worse during sleep as well. My sleep is disturbed and I get sleepiness at night but when I eat any thing in my lunch and after lunch I will feel very sleepy and drowsy. So I sleep a little bit at lunch time which I try to avoid. I feel very much chilly and cold in winter and wrap my self. Feet and ankles: My feet become icy cold at night time. The major problem is very much swelling and itching on the dorsum of my feet. I mean topside of my feet is swelled and similarly there is lot of swelling on my anckles. I feel some thing is being scrapped in side of my anckles.
The other major problem is the lot of stiffness and burning on a spot in between the shoulders and this is increases and aggravated. Pain in deltoid and scapulae. Pain in the lower back near kidneys area. Similarly swelling and itching on dorsum of my feet increased. There is cracking noise in my knees during walking or rising from seat.
Please advise further what to do? Shall I continue causticum or stop for a while.

Reporting as under after taking Kali Carb LM2 for 3 days.
Mind: sad and forgetful, deprssed, no more desires to do any thing, putting things to tommorrow,dull and salugish, negative thinking and slow, feeling i will never be releived from my disease and fear of death sometimes.
Head: prickling and stinging lke needles on the scalp and vertex.
Abdomen: still constipated, no appatite, bloated. The main problem is tension and pain in the upper abdomen, i mean 3/4 inches above the umbilical region.This area is tense and hard.
Eyes: feeling still sand in them, little warts on upper eye lids, eyes stuck in the morning, stiching and burning.
Extremities: stiching and burning in knees and right shoulder. Anckles are swelled, especially the top portion (dorsum of feet) is itchy, painful and swelled.

stiffness and burning, stiching, stinging is still there in between the shoulders. Pain in nates, lower back and thighs.tip of index finger under the nail is painful and burning, it is difficult to type as well.
Genetials: after having sex great weakness, sexual energy and passion is very high, stiches inside and under the penis, copious ejaculation.

Hate with the family members is still there. I hate my son and wife. Some times i feel to leave them and escape. This condition alternates with me. I will be quarelsome and on other moments, i will be ok. There is element of grief and disappointed love as well. I thought some thing else and some thing different happened and not according to my desires. Might be i am oversensitive.In the past i took long time ago NAT MURE, in 200c and 1M. Sometimes i feel that Nat Mure is my remedy, because i like salty and highly seasoned and spicy things i.e barbicued meat or chicken pieces fried on coal fire.

I think I should use Kali Carb LM2 for more days, so result should be clear because my upper eye lids are dropped down like bags and there are blue circles under the eyes. There are little warts as well which are clear symptoms of Kali Carb.

A powder dose of PLATINA 200c was taken on last Monday 08/02/2010.
I felt better mentally on tuseday, there was less depression and low sexual passion. But on wednesday things became back. The element of hate with my family again became back and i have still that problem.
The major problem is with my abdomen and stomach, which is indigestion, bloatness and heaviness. If i eat any thing it changes to gas and i feel heaviness with swelled abdomen. There is stinging towards the left side at the point of gastritis. There is tension and pain in the epigastric area, i mean 4/5 inches above the belly button in the upper abdomen. Constipation is still there.
The other major problem is the swelling on the dorsum of my feet and anckles. I am worried as if some thing is eating the upper portions of my feet and shoulder blades.My one foot (left) will become icy cold and sometimes both become cold but left foot is more bad. My right foot dorsum is going to be emaciated. Similarly i have got pain and erosion in both knees, first it was only in my right knee.
If i have sex, then there will be lot of weakness and pain at my back. Things will become worse. I ejaculate early during coiten and ejaculation is copious.
My eyes still stick in the morning.
My symptoms become worse at night time. I get awake early in the morning that is 4 to 5am and during sleep blood rushes to my head and my blood pressure will increase.
sexual passion is still high and i get the erotic thoughts during sleep. My mind is occupied and absorbed all the time. Some times i feel danger that if my blood pressure will go very high during sleep, i might die. I have loss of memory, brain faged, dont feel like to do any thing and putting my work to next time always.
There is pain and stiffness in between the shoulders.
I slipped on the raod and fell at my back. In my x-ray of my back, it was found that i have comprssion in the 12/13 vertebrate, but i don't feel more pain there. More pain and stiffness is in between the shouders at 7/8 vertebrate.
I have the feeling that my bones are being eaten away.
Please advise further. Shall i take higher potency of PLATINA?

Reporting you after one week taking the dose of PLATINA 1M.

I still feel depressed, dont feel like to do any work and putting it to furture. Hate with the family. Sometimes i become happy and after few hours again sad and revengful and want to escape from the situation or desire to kill my opponents. All the time absorbed and occupied in my past.
Sexual passion is high and gets erection during sleep. These symptoms come during sleep early in the morning 4/5am when i have to awake later.
Physical symptoms:
left foot icy cold and right hand. sometimes both foot cold. Pain and itching on the dorsum of feet. Anckles are swelled badly. Anckle jonts are defroming. Pain on the top parts of feet and itching + little black specks are causing worry. Pain on top of the shoulders and stiffness in between the shoulders. If i sit back to wall then the hard surface helps a bit.
Abdomen and stomach bloated and pain on left side.
Area under the ribs-cage, where the breast bone finishes is very much tensed and painful in the centre above the 4/5 inches from belly button and also on both sides.This represents high amount of indigestion. constipation is still there and if i eat spicy food sometimes i get blood in my stool and then it vanishes automaticaly. stinging and stabbing pain on left side of abdomen at the point of gastritis.
upper lids of eyes are swelled and hanged down and black circles under the lower lids. eyes are itchy all the time.
Sexual passion is very high and itching penis.Please note that i am not taking methotrexate (allopathic medicine) from 2/3 months so it should not interact with homeo medicine and my situation is more deterioating.I am disappointed and feel that my disease will not go away. Sometimes during this, i feel fear of death as well. Cold weather makes my situation worse.

Please advise further and do something for my stomach pain and indigestion, as well as pain, swelling and itchin on dorsum of my feet.

Thanks for your help and advice in the past.
I could not tell you in my earlier mail, that any kind of protein, like egg, meat makes my situation worse, more stinging and pain in my joints.
I still feel pain in my back, stiffness between the shoulders, and lower back near the kidney area.
On mental level, there is forgetfullness and memory loss, do not feel like to do any thing.

Reporting you after taking single dose of 1M HYOSCYAMUS.

There is no big change. Do you want to repeat the dose?

I think in the past i took pulstila 200c. But i have studied that silicia and fluoric acid are group of 3 medicines, which follow each other. silicia is a blood purifier and i have got problem with my blood. Becuase due to auto-immune and viral infection i got rhumatoid arthritus, in which your own white blood cells attack on your red blood cells. Usually the white blood cells attack on forign particle or bacteria which enters into your body as a defence mechanisim, which is governed by our immune system. In case of medical technology, methotrexate tabs dampens down the inflammation caused by white blood cells and decreases the amount of blood cells so there should be less attack on red blood cells, leading to less inflamation but the adverse effect is on liver as well. Your appatite will be reduced and short of breathness will occur and you will get abdomen problems, indigestion and constipation as well, because your liver is affected and working at less rate.
In the past i left methotrexate for long period to see the effect of homeopathy without any interference but my situation became more worse. My feet upper part (dorsum) swelled a lot and my anckles also swelled and it was difficult to walk even. Now i started to take methotrexate again and swelling is a little bit less but not all gone.
Could you please retake and re-consider my case, why the homeo remedies are not working on me?

Feet feel hot and burn in bed and i have to take them out of bed.I feel premature old age and my hair are becoming white.I have got cauli-flower like warts on my body, under my right arm pit, on eyelids, on left thigh near genital area and on my fore head as well. After taking Platina 1M and before that Kali Carb LM2, swelling on dorsum of my feet and anckles increased. There is no pain generally but during walk i feel pain on the top portion bone of my feet. Shall i take any antidote for this?
My abdomen is still tense and extended. The main problem is tension and heart burn in the upper stomach (epigastric region) about 4/5 inches above the navel region. Could you please take the physical symptoms as well along mental symptoms. I am worried more about my physical problems. Do you want me to repeat single dose of Hyosymus 1M? It only worked for one day when i took the single dose and felt a little bit better on my nervous system. I wonder why i forget the things and put them to do for future days. This thing has made me indecisive.

last time only Nitric Acid 200c was prescribed by you. No LM potency was taken. Which LM potency you want me to take, is it LM1 OR LM2 or any thing else.
Please note i feel lot of pain in my thighs and calfs and feel like cramping pain. I am warm blooded also. At night my feet srart burning and i have to put them on cold place on my bed or take them out of my bed. My eyes are itch as well and stick in the morning. I am really disappointed and feel lot of anxiety.
If you think that one or more remedies can be mixed together for my treatment, then please advise also about this. Helios can provide combination remedy as well as LM Potencies.

one thing more that i am sensitive to cold as well heat together. difficult to bear sun directly on my head and it causes stinging due to baldness.

I am reporting to you after taking Nit-ac LM1 a single dose for three days. The dose was started on 03/04 and took for other two days 04/04, 05/04. I felt only better on 03/04 saturday.
Mind: still feel anxious, forgtes the things quickly i.e dates and do not feel like to do any thing, postponing work on next days always. feel depressed, disapointed, sad, anxiety in the house, better outside and travelling on the bus, suspicious most of the time.
eyes: are still itchy and stick together in the morning. little warts on the upper eyelids, arm pit and in genital area near thigh.
General symptoms: tummy bloated, sometimes no appatite but sometimes ravanous hunger. tension in the upper abdomen and constipation. problem while rising from the seat first time. feels weak and lathargic, tires after a little walk, tearing pain in thighs and back of calfs. pain in shin bone during walking.sexual passion high, during urine stinging and urine color is yellow, when flushed can see bubles on the top.after urine more weakness and bad to get rise from the toilet seat.
pain in back on spine and near kindney area.shouders get tearing pain and in upper arms in biceps area.
swelling is till on the ankles and dorsum of the feet.

allopathic medicine: methotrexate two tablets 2.5mg now once in a week and it is reduced from 5 tabs 12.5mg. New tablets sulphasalazine 500mg prescribed due to more bad situation, one in the morning and one at night time every day.
Just for information sake, sulphasalazine contains organic sulphur and i do not know weather it will interfear with homeo remedy.
Please advise further, shall i continue with Nit-acid LM1.

Please note also that before, i feel better during walking but now i feel better during rest and walking creates more trouble. With sulpfasalazine i used BROYONIA, 4/5 drops in half glass of water nearly 350ml. I am using it for two days and felt a little bit better. I do know that sulphasalszine interfears with my liver. My situation was really bad and i was unable to walk, but with broyonia my mouth became dry and a little bit thirsty. usually i am not thirsty. My situation alternates between rhystox and bryonia. Usually the homeo remedies have no effect on me. I am placing order for Medorrhinum LM6. Please let me now when to use this and how?

I stopped bryonia on 12/04/10 after receving your message. I started dose of MED LM6 on 15/04/10 and took one dose today as well. YOu said report me in 5 days, I do not know, do you mean that you want to take dose for 5 days and then report you after that. Please let me know.
Symptoms: stinging on top of scalp, eyes still itchy, feel constpated and bloated yet, pain in right side shoulder, knee and foot + anckle. Right side is more bad.
Swelling on the back (dorsum) of feet and on anckles. feel itching on the top side of right foot.

Just a short report:

I am getting pain in my shin bones during walking. Feel like i might fall after longer walk. Theree is stiching pain on dorsum of feet inside swelling area. Both the feet and anckles are swolen. Shoulders and upper arms painful. Abdomen is swollen and bloated still.
Pain at the back near kindney area. Pain in 7/8 vertebrate. I had gone for X-Ray and it was found there is compression of that area due to arthritic change.
I do not understand why my feet are swollen?
Don't feel like to do any thing and postponing to next days.
