I mean like if i take medicine and repeat the medicine for more days rather than only one day, then it will be better to know the symptoms more clearly. Please let me know that i should repeat hepar sulph 200c at least for more days.

In homeopathy, it is not the medicine which cures, it is the vital force's response to the medicine which cures.
So, once the body has responded to one potency completely, the same potency is totally useless.
And, moreover had Hepar Sulph been the correct remedy, you would have seen much more benefit by now on the mental plane.
Please take 3 doses of Calcarea Carb 30c, and report in 1 week.

Just an information to you that I took 3 doses of calc-carb30c on thursday 13/08/09 yesterday.
After taking the first dose, I went out of the house and after little walking, i felt sweat on my head. I was feeling weakness as well. Today I am feeling pins and needles on my head especially on the top i.e. vertex of head. I felt sensation in the nucles of my left hand. A little bit pain appeared in my hip joint during sleeping.
Eyes are still itchy and burning inside. Sexual passion was very high two days ago but feeling a little bit down today. The right shoulder seems to be broken and feel burning on the tip and bottom of penis. During urine it feels burning and itchy on the tip and inside the penis at the bottom root area.
Mentally still sad and feel misfortune as if some thing is going to be bad in future.
There is still tension in the upper stomach and it is distended due to constipation.
*I just want to inform you that in the past i used cal-carb in 30c most of the time and then left when symptoms disappeared. I do not know why symptoms re-appear. As you know that belladona is complimentary to cal-carb, shall i use belladona as well to get more benefit. What do you advise. Well, if in the past you have taken this potency, it will not give that much benefit.
In future when I prescribe a medicine, you should remind me that you have taken that in the past.

I had taken in 30c most of the time. I was recomended in a different way i.e. 2/3 drops 3 times a day in a half cup of water each time.
I might had taken 200c but not for long time. 200c was 2/3 drops in a half cup of water once per week. But all this was for long time nearly 1 or 2 years ago.
I think your method is better, to take very little medicine, only one spoon and then check with vital force.
I will wait for more few days i.e. one week or you can advise me further.
Shall i use 2/3 drops calc-carb30c 3 times a day and then check the progress?

I have not taken the dose of methotrexate this week yet, because each week on each thursday, one dose of 5, 2.5mg tablets (12.5mg) is recomended by my allopathic doctor. My shoulders on the top are stinging very much. Sexual passion again is very high. I feel anxiety in the house or warm room. But i feel better in outside fresh air, then anxiety reduces. I do not like cold or chilly air. I feel better in cloudy and rainy days, if it rains on my head then it reduces pins and needles but the cold weather is not suitable to me.

I have got two doses of 1M calc-carb with me on milk sugar powder form. Please let me know how u want me to use 1M calc-carb dose.
I usually take methotrexate on each week on thursdays. Last thursday i did not take this dose and informed you. But today i have to take this dose again becuse i was getting pain in the bony part of my feet on the topside. My feet and anckles become puffy on the topside but my soles are ok, i mean the downside of my feet do not swell.

shall i get 10M dose of calc-carb as well for later use? Do
u think that this remedy will uproot my problem? sometimes i become depressed and desperate very much because my allopatic consultant says that noting can control my rhumatoid arthrituse except methotrexate. He says that all other complementary medicines help temporarily but methotrexate kills the nucleus of white blood cells which cause harm to my body and decrease my immunity to fight and cure the rhumatoid arthritus. He says rhumatoid arthritus never finshes but it can be controlled like other disease i.e. blood sugar etc. and I have to live with it.

You can take the Calcarea Carb 1M dose this Saturday.
Just take the dose directly on tongue once. Nothing should enter mouth 1 hr before and 1 hr after the dose.
Report in 3 weeks.

Just an information to you that I took 1M dose of cal-carb on last Friday. I did not take my regular dose of methotrexate on thursday and felt as follows:
Day 1. stinging on penis head glans and stinging on the both sides of scrotum on thighes.sexual passion very high. eyes very itchy.
Day2. stinging during urine on top of penis and urine dropping in the form of drops.sexual passion gone down a bit.
Day3. mentally sad, desire to kill is still there and hate my family. Tummy bloated, tension in the stomach area at the place where the brest bone finishes under the lower ribs. Similarly tension on the both sides. stiches in the liver on the right side.sexual passion again increased. indigestion and constipation, blood rush towards the head and feel burning on the scalp. feel hot under the feet soles and heat in the palms of hand. wants to take feet out of the bed during sleep.took two senna tablets for constipation.
Day4. mentally still the same. tummy bloated and mouth taste sour. sexual passion very high. I feel lot of fat in my stomach and indigestion.Pain in elbow joints. pain in hip joints while on the bed. swelling on the feet and anckles. stinging on the top of shoulders. I have decreased my food intaking as well, i do not eat at lunch time but only eat for one time at night but still the tummy is bloated. I feel like my liver is not working. Mentaly i feel sad and desperate. If any of my family member behaves badly, i feel to kill them. sometimes i feel that i should leave this place. I postpone my work most of the time that i will do it later and it happens all the time. I cannot concentrate while working on computer or stdying, my head will become hot and i will feel that blood is rushing to my head. Might be my blood presssure increases and when it happens i put cold water on my head.
Mouth: taste sour and feels vomit like. roof of the oral cavity (palate) becomes red and sore.
eyes: still itchy a lot and sand is filled in them. I am far sighted and i feel my eye sight goes down after having sex.
Abdomen: still extended, indigestion and bloated, trapped wind/gas and heaviness. Lot of tension above the stomach where the breast bone finishes behind the lower ribs, feel like a saucer turned up in this area and swelling. stiches in the right side of liver. I do not know why my liver is affected and not getting better.
Extremities: still burning on the top of shoulders and right knee. pain in elbow joints and back of neck. A new thing came that my hip joints are also paining and right hip joint pains more if i lie on the bed on right side.
Top side of the feet and anckles are also affected, during walking become more worse.
Genitals: very high feeling of sex. urine retains and burns on the tip of the penis. twitching penis, some times goes back in scrotum and need to pull out for urine.

I forgot to tell you that I have constant pain in my shoulder blades and stiches in between the shoulders at my back. I feel stiches and weakness in my spine and kidney area at the lower back as well. sexual passion is extremely high and feel like burning and pricking on the top of my head i.e. vertex.

On second day 10th sep, i felt sensation in my abcess on gum. I have this abcess for long time. I was brushing my teeth at that time and tooth brush sliped from my teeth and bumped on the left upper jaw and later an abcess fromed there which became hardened to stone. Instead of this i felt sensation in my right ear as well and saliva in the mouth increased a little bit.

On mental plane sadness and desire to kill is still there and reduces only for few days and then come back again.
After eating food I feel bloated and felt burning pain on left and right side of my tummy, where the lower ribs finshes. This is the area above the naval and it is stretched and tense above the stomach. I felt pain in left hand knuckles. During walking i feel that my shoes are getting wet inside which is felt that i get sweat under my feet soles. My hands and feet are burning all the time and i leave my feet out of my bed. Both the kness now give way during walking and my feet and anckles swell as well. I do not throw my old things that is books and papers and similarly wear my old clothes as well sometimes.
Few days ago, during my blood test, I was told that I have a bacteria H-Pylori which causes indigestion that is why i get indigestion in my stomach. I am taking a cap Lansoprazole 30mg every day but still the indigestion is not finsihed totally becuase i have to do a course of 28 caps upto four week taking one every day.
I think i should take higher potency of merc-sol 1M, which may produce better results. I cannot remember exactly that in the past i might had taken upto 200 or 1M potency of merc-sol but do not know completely due to long time that is four or five years ago.
My right ear and right side of palate that is top side of oral cavity is affected. And my tooth abcess is still there and my gums are detached from my teeth. On right side my lower molar teet gums are swolen and i feel sensation under the molar teeth. My eyes are still itchy. Please advise me further that i should take 1M merc-sol or what to do. thanks

On the mind side, i am still depressed and most of the time unable to complete my work but putting it on future, which means that i will do this tommorrow and this is going on. I cannot concentrate and loose things after few hours from my mind. Desire to beat my family is still there and similarly desire to kill my family members is there but i control it. This desire sometimes remain in my mind during sleep when i get up in the morning.
Eyes: are still itchy inside like old permanent conjuctivites and feel pain on my left eye brow.
Head: pricks and needles on the top of my scalp.
Abdomen: still tense above the naval area, stinging and burning inside stomach and left and right under the ribs, stiches in the liver area and pain in the kindney area.In the liver biopsy test it was found that my liver is enlarged and fatty. stomach is bloated, indigestion and constipation. trapped wind which passes with loud voice and then bloatness decreases. urination is slow and stinging and burning during urnie. I have to wait more till the last drop gets out. When constipated i feel heat in my body and sexual desire increases at that time.
Mouth: bad and sour taste, topside of the roof, palate is infected and it goes to right ear. Right ear has stinging and blocking sensation inside. Teeth and gums are paining inside. There is still gum boil/abcess for long time and gums are detached.There is pricking sensation in the gaps of my teeth inside the gums.

The medicine will be with me tommorrow. I was confused only that Lachesis is the medicine in which symptoms appear from left to right. But in my case my right shoulder and righr knee is more affected and i have already taken lyco on your advice last time.
I think if merc sol does not work then Lacheis can follow to control the problems on mental plane.
Please let me know how to use the medicine. Shall i take Med first and then Lachesis?

Hi Jav,
Take a single dose of Medorrhinum 200c first, dissolve 1 drop in 120 ml spring water, and take a sip from there ONCE.
make sure nothing enters mouth 1 hr before and 1 hr after dose.
Report in 15 days, as Medorrhinum is very slow to develop response.
