Just want to let you know that after having sex yesterday, i feel my eyes are sinking down and eyesight feels dim.
Mentally i am again feeling that some thing is going to happen bad. Sexual passion is still high and feels stinging insdie, top and underside the penis. I am also taking apple cider vinegar for past few days.
Shall i repeat the dose of KALI-CARB, because the feelings are again the same but sometimes i feel i am suffering from all misasims, so nitric acid is my remedy.
Shall i repeat the dose of Kali-carb LM1 or LM2? Please advise, thanks.

Nitric acid dose was taken on 18th june and i think it is nearly two weeks now.
My mental condition was improved a little bit but the things come back again. some times i feel happy with my family but my mind will change again. so it alternates. I feel like i do not want to see my son who was persuaded by my wife to fight with me. Then some times i feel it was not his fault because he was not fully adult. I do not like to speak with these people and i pretend with my self every thing is fine. But it is difficult to forgive them becuase my mind go back to previous happenings. I feel my self unforgiving and unkind. some times i want to kill these people to get my revenge. or sometimes i feel that i should leave this house and divorce my family.so this is the conflict which is going on, sometimes it goes down when i am out of the house most of the time and anxiety come back again when i will be in the house. I feel that my authority and dominance was challegned by using my own children against me. I don't feel any pleasure in any thing or to do work for these people now and this led to me towards my disability, rhumatoid arthritus. Some times i feel some thing is going to happen bad and there is a fear involved as well.
I feel that nitric acid remedy might be near me becuasue there is unforginig attitude in this remedy, that is why i asked to repeat the dose for this.
The other thing is that i feel disappointed about my health as well. I feel that my arthritus will not go away. Do you think that homeopathy will take this away?

For each dose: give 10 hits to the LM1 bottle, and take out 4 drops of LM1 in 250 ml spring water in a cup or bottle, stir gently and take a teaspoon from there ONCE. Throw the rest of 250 ml away.
Report after the 5 doses.

I took methotrexate dose on 3rd July becuause things were going worse.

I feel better now but there is still problem of my eyes. There is swelling on upper lids and my eyes are red shot all the time and in the morning when i gets up, i find a little green material on corners of both of my eyes. My eyes are burning inside and feel like sand is filled in them as well.
I feel sleepy after eating my lunch and i have to sleep about half an hour each afternoon.
I feel week and tired after walking and get sweat. There is still pain in my back/spinal region between the shoulders. There is pain at the back of my neck. There is swelling on topside of my feet and on anckles as well. On left foot on topside there is more swelling.
On the right side i feel stiches towards my liver.
Mentally sometimes i still feel that some thing is going to be bad and i feel fear my stomach will be blocked.
When i will go for my exam test, every thing will be fine before and i will be very much confident but during exam i cannot concentrate and feel fear that i am going to fail my exam and something is felt in my tummy and at the end i will actually fail my exam or test. Loss of Concentration and distraction will cause problem.
I feel that KALI CARB and NITRIC ACID are my close remedies.

On that previous scale, i will rate mental state as 4.
But there is tearing pain and stinging pain on the top of my shoulders and in right knee. The right shoulder is more painful.
I think methotrexate is anti inflamatory and damping down the swelling inside.

I have taken 3 doses of Kali-carb on alternate days.
Mentaly still feels fear some thing going to happen bad. The hate for my family and children comes back and i do not like them. Mentaly not too much improvement. But after taking the medicine, sexual passion went very high.
I feel few drops of white material coming which could be prostatic fluid when i am constipated and to push the stool downward, some white drops comes before urine. I feel lot of weakness after that and during long walking, i feel that i am going to fall.
eyes: stuck in the morning and burning inside. there is swelling on the upper lids of eyes near the corners of lid and little green material is seen in the morning near the corners of eyes.
RIGHT SHOULDER and Right KNEE is killing me. Last thursday i had to take methotrexate again.
There was swelling on my feet on top side and on anckles which reduced a little bit after taking three doses of methotrexate on every week. And there is less stinging as well but pain is still there.
TEETH: there is pain in my lower molar theeth on ther right side of face and genereally all teeth are paining during eating and chewing.
My main problem is my stomach, indigestion and constipation and liver. My tummy is swollen and i do get lot of bloating and gass inside which is trapped most of the time. I feel stiches towards the right side of my abdomen near the liver area. If i eat very spicy things then i get the pain and stiches towards the left side of my abdomen, where i got gastritius. There is a lot of tension above the stomach belly button and towards the sides as well as under the ribs. I feel my liver does not work properly that is why i get bloating and gass becuasue metabolic system is working very slow. When i eat any thing it will stay in my tummy and all changes to gass and bloatness due to indigestion. My weight is increasing but flesh on my shoulder and back of neck is decreasing. I check my doors again and again weather it is locked or not properly. There could be fear of robbers as well and compulsive disorder. I am irritable and angry if any child refuses to me or if the things do not go in that direction as i want them as per my wishes. Yes i do feel cold in cold weather and i am sensitive to cold but not certain about touch sensitivity.
Yes i feel that my wife is trying to deceive me and hiding things from me. I feel she hides money from me and spend it in own way secretly on her sisters and brothers welfare and deceiveing me. When phone calls come from her sister, i feel upset. she will take the phone away from me in her own room and try to talk secretly or with very low voice so i cannot know what is going on. or she will some times set the time for phone calls when i will not be at home. similarly she keeps the children alert to tell her about her phone calls so that i cannot get the house phone. Hmm.. I want you to read a remedy named Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum from the link below, and let me know what you think; it covers the symptom of emission of prostatic fluid during difficult stool; dwelling on past disagreeable things, feeling of hatred, extreme irritability and desire to kill.

Thanks for your help all the time. I have read HEP SULP CALC. I have found symptoms which match with me but not all of the symptoms. It is difficult to select the right and exact remedy. When i was reading the remedies in the past, i felt that all the diseases and their symptoms are in me and i felt that i am the man who has hospital in himself.
Any way after that joke, i feel you are the doctor and have more knowledge, expertise and experience to select the remedy as compared to me. I am desperate about my RA, like other patients who feel and trust on their doctor that he/she will make them better and in this way they can get rid of their disease.
I have not experienced any headache or cough symptoms described in this remedy but in case of genetial symptoms, i feel that excoriated thighs and scrotum and arm pit problem is there. similarly i have eyes problems that they are red shot and itchy, feels like sand is filled in them. i have the disire to kill which alternately comes to my mind and it is like unforgiving attitude for ever.
I feel sad and dejected and check my door again and again. Some times i feel some one should not enter in my premises and take my things away. There is a fear something going to happen bad.
As for as i had been told the homeo remedies are harmless. So if you thing that HEP SULP CALC is my remedy, I will surely use this as per your advice. If it will not work at leas it will not have adverse effects as it is calimed by homeopaths these remedies are harmless. But might be it will work in the postive direction and finish the problem. My allopathic doctor says that Rhumatoid Arthritus will never go away and i have to stay on methotrexate for my remaining life. Do you think homeopathy can elliminate this? Then i will go for this any way.

I took 3 doses of Hepar Sulph 200c on 25th July Saturday.
After two days I felt strong desire to kill which reduced later. But again when i am stressed it comes back and i dwells on my past. Some times i develop weepy mood.
The stinging in the urine at that time reduced a little bit.
Eyes. still very itchy and redness on white part of the eye.
Ear. There is some sensation in the right ear.
Stomach. tense above the naval and sides. stiches in the liver on right side. Indigestion and constipation still there.
Throat. sour inside on the top side of pallet.
Shoulders. top side of shoulders are paining and still stinging.
Methotrexate. I am taking regular weekly dose of it and swelling on my feet and anckles is reduced and gone down very much.
I feel like blood is rushing towards my head and feel pins and needles on the scalp. Then i put my head under cold water for five six minutes at that time to get some releif from pins and needles.
I feel that i am heptic and got hepatitis becuase my liver is not working completely or might be affected with methotrexate but my liver function and blood is monitored after taking methotrexate every 4-6 weeks. I have less appatite and get trapped wind in my belly. My belly is swollen like a ball and extended outward.
I do not want to rely on methotrexate again.

I mean like if i take medicine and repeat the medicine for more days rather than only one day, then it will be better to know the symptoms more clearly. Please let me know that i should repeat hepar sulph 200c at least for more days.
