Please take 3 doses of Arsenicum Album 30c equally spaced by 2 hours for ONE single day only, to be taken as described below.
Dissolve 2 drops of Ars 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. You can turn the bottle upside down a few times for the drops to spread. 1 cap-ful from here using the cap of the bottle itself is 1 dose.
3 such doses are to be taken for 1 day only, and from next day, no doses.
Let me know in 7 days after the 3 doses. I look forward to your response.
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be AVOIDED during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin

i also have a doubt about the authenticity of the homeo shops in chennai (maybe t is part of my problem). Do you have any shop that you can recommend or some shop where i can buy online?

Dear Sameer,
I did not get the sealed remedy. Every store has a 400 ML bottle from which they give a 15 ML or higher quantity based on demand. So i had to buy 15 ML from a store. The brand is Bio India.
i also had to use bottled drinking water as Spring water is not available here.
Hope theis is okay.
Took my first dose just now.
will Update in 7 days.

Dear Sameer,
Here is my feedback after 7 days.
Anxiety levels at night : 20% better
Intrusive obsessive thoughts : No change
Rumination : No change
Irritability and anger : No change
Vision : No change
I felt a little better in the first three days.
I have the following questions
1)In my early childhood I had anxiety of a different nature and in my later years the anxiety is more of a performance anxiety, feeling of inferiority/comparisons etc. So do we treat the current state first and then the root cause or the root cause directly?
2)In chronic cases like me do we not go for a higher potency like 1 M?
3)Is Ars-Alb a Sycosis remedy as OCD is supposed to be a Sycoss Miasm?
4)How about the visual symptoms. Will they also be helped by this remedy or would they need another remedy?
5)Also there was lot of anxiety about potential sexual problems right before the panic attack which triggered this.
I hope you do not mind me asking these questions.
Please let me know what to do next.

[SV]: Latest symptoms first or one can start working on the constitution directly. But, I have found latest symptoms first to be the easier approach to effect cures.

[SV]: No, 30c is a fairly powerful potency to start a chronic treatment. I have seen many cases resolve completely with 30c alone.

Dear Sameer,
No firther chnage from last report.
In fact i had difficulty sleeping yesterday as there may be a job chnage in the offing. I was anxious about that.
I had to finally take an anti anxiety pill to sleep. Fought againt it but had to, finally.
Please advice next step.

Quick question: This anxiety also is about performance, in addition to all the ARs-Alb symptoms. So waiting for a prticular event also brings a lot of anxiety. And now, since the panic attack it is the worry that i will not be able to sleep that causes the anxiety. If i am well rested i am hopeful and positive.
Thught i will let yoy know this as this anxiety about not able to sleep has come about only after the panic attack in Jan 2000

When I take the does I feel a little calm and less irritable. But the effect seems to wear off after a day or two.
Yesterday my Mom was unwell and I was pretty anxious and had to take her to a doctor. I could not fall asleep later on and had to take anti anxiety benzodiazepine.
I am not sure whether I notice any difference.
Please advice.
Some questions
1) In chronic cases as mine should there be more frequent repetitions?
2) How long would it take before one normally sees some results in cases like mine?
3) How do I measure the progress? Are there ways in which I can track it in my case? Please suggest
4) Also is there any homeopathic remedy that I can take along with my current remedy that will help me fall asleep (to be used in place of an anti anxiety pill only when it is difficult to fall asleep)

I use Paxil 20 Mg an SSRi everyday. if i am unable to sleep i use 0.5 MG of a anti anxiety pill called Clonzepam.
I use the anti anxiety pill rarely but have to use the sSri every day as my situation becomes very bad with increased obsessive thoughts and anxiety if i stop using it.

We need to go to the LM scale of potencies, as with such allopathic interference, we need frequent repetition which is not possible with centesimal scale.
