Sameer,
I have got a bottle of Ars Alb LM potency. It says
LM (50 MILES) Potency on it and 0/1 is printed on the label.
The brand is Wilmar Schwabe. The vendor said is it LM1 potency.
Can i use this? if so can you tell me how to use the granules?
I take the paxil 20 MG SSRI one tablet at night currently.

It says LM (50 MILES) POTENCY on it and has 0/1 typed on the label.
The brand is WIlmar Schwabe
How do I use this?
I take the Paxil 20 MG one table currently at night, before I go to bed. Please advice

Okay, so this is how you make a remedy bottle:
1) Put ONE GRANULE of Nit-ac LM2 (without touching it) in an unused amber glass bottle.
2)Add 100 ml cold distilled water, in the amber glass bottle and let the pellet dissolve.
3)Then add 20 ml preserve quality alcohol to it (this you can buy in homeopathic shops).
4)Turn the bottle upside down a few times for the contents to spread evenly.
5)Store this bottle in a cool place away from sunlight
Talk to me once you have done this.

I am struggling to get the three items.
1) Amber glass bottle: I was not able to get it today and have to try again. Is there an alternative?
2) 20 ML preserve alcohol: I inquired in couple of shops. Again no luck. Is it okay to use commercially available alcohol. If so are there any brands that you would recommend?
3) 100 ML distilled water. I should be able to get this. Though it is stored in the pharmacies in smaller quantities.
I am going to try tomorrow again in other parts of the city. If there are alternatives please suggest.

Any un-used glass bottle should be fine.
The alcohol should be available in homeopathic shop. Otherwise any pure alcohol is fine.

Okay, first dose, take out 1/2 teaspoon from the bottle you have prepared, and dissolve in 120 ml spring water, in a disposable cup, stir with a disposable spoon, and take 1/2 teaspoon from the cup using a that spoon.
Dispose the cup and spoon away.
Report in 3 days.

I have taken the dose as suggested.
For the last 4 days I am having Hemorrhoid problems and constipation as a result. I plan to take an ayurvedic tablet called Pilex which has been effective in the past.
May I take this or can you suggest some homeopathic remedy so that there will be no interference?

No other remedy homeopathic remedy is to be taken as a single remedy is given at a time.
Also, Pilex will suppress the problem deeper. You are advised to bear with this problem for some time.

I have not observed any significant chnages after my first dose of the LM potency.
A change of job may be in the offing and there is lot of anxiety about it currently.
As i mentioned earlier i have quite a bit of expectation and performance anxiety as well. Anxiety before an event bu end up performing reasonably well.
Kindly advice.

Please give the prepared bottle 10 thumps on the palm of your hand.
