Hello again,

He has taken the myristica for another 4 weeks. No symptoms arose during these 4 weeks. Discharge is less than a few weeks before and there is no smell, which is different than before.

I cut the hair for him yesterday and the lower wound is smaller and barely no depth to it. The top wound seems a little bit longer than it was when it first opened but there is overgrowth of the scar tissue on this section as well as the lower wound. When this overgrowth occurred before, he would go to the doctor and get it burnt off with silver nitrate.

What should we do now?

Thank-you very much for your help, the fact that there is improvement is really encouraging since there was no change in his wound for at least a year.

**You may take an appropriate decision. Please give him silicea 6c or 30c thrice a day for 2 days every week for 4 weeks and report back.

Hi there,

We got silicia 30c, so should he just take this 3 x a day for two days in a row or two days spread out in the week?

Also, we picked up some arnica pills and gel. We heard these are good for healing. Should he use this at any point?

Thank-you.

He can take Silciea 30c thrice a day once a week. Arnica 30c thrice a day once a week may help if he has bruised feelings.

This week he took silicea 30c two days in a row. For the next three weeks is it okay if he takes silicea 30c one day and arnica 30c the next day, or should he continue with silicea 30c both days? He wanted me to check with you.

Thank-you.

**Please ask him to take silicea 30c one day and arnica 30c the fourth day every week for next three weeks and report back.

Okay, he has completed three weeks of alternating with silicea 30c and arnica 30c. He says there is still a little bit of discharge and I took a look at it and it seems like there is a bit less overgrowth than before. What should he take next?

Thank-you!

Please ask him to take silicea 30c the first day and arnica 30c the fourth day every week for next four weeks and report back. The remedy should be taken thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

Hi again!

So he has taken silicea 30c once a week for three weeks. He did not take the arnica 30c. He does weight lifting at the gym and there was a little bit of swelling one day after the gym right below his right hip bone. It feels like a swollen bump. He has experienced this a few years back and assumes it's similar to a sports hernia but does not know for sure. He had it for about 1 month and 1/2. He has not worked out for the last month and it has pretty much gone away. He is reserved about going to the gym because he is worried it will come back.

In general, he feels a bit of fatigue and weakness. He has cut down red meat almost completely for approximately 3 months. His wound no longer has any overgrowth at all. The wound seems a bit shorter in length but around the same depth.
What should he do next?

Let us start Myristica again. Please ask him to take one dose of Myristica 200c every monday (or any other day) for 4 weeks and report back after 5 weeks.

He started taking myristica this week.

He has the swelling right below his right hip bone again. He started going to the gym this week and he still thinks it is a sports hernia. He feels badly that he can't go the gym. Can he take anything for this swelling?

Please give him a dose of Calcarea Carb 1M once a week for 3 weeks and see how that affects in the next 2 weeks. Please don't give further doses if there is any change either good or bad after giving the remedy.

Hi,

He has taken myristica 200ch for 4 weeks. There was a bit more discharge than usual during this time, however, now it's back to normal. It also smelled a little bit more during the last 2 weeks, but he has not been taking any medication. We were away on vacation. I cut the hair today and there is a 1cm opening at the top, this is the section that closes and opens at different times. However, it's very small, doesn't look like it has any depth. The main area between the buttocks looks like it is even less deep than before.

Should he apply calendula cream at all?

He was taking Calcarea Carbonica 30ch instead of 1M, I just noticed this now. He was taking this for the swollen part on his hip bone that he thought was a hernia He said that he does not think it is doing much because it is still a bit swollen and he has not exercised still.

Let me know our next steps. Thank-you!

My boyfriend just told me he took the myristica 200c three times a day for 4 weeks and he took the silicea 200c this week 3 times a day. I noticed you said one dose, I think he is only supposed to take 4 pills once a day each week. Is this a big problem? He is worried because as soon as he took the silicea the area feels sore and there is a bit more discharge. I took a look at it and it seems more red and swollen directly to the right of the wound. Please advise on what we can do.

Nothing serious. The things should cool down within few days.

So just to clarify, when you say one dose of silicea 200c you mean take 4 pills one time a day?

Sorry for the confusion.

Hi, he has taken the silicea for 4 weeks. The wound looks more closed than ever. But still open. There are small areas which are trying to close and then areas which are still open. It is not that deep, but still there. What should we do next?

Please ask him to take one dose of Silicea 200c every alternate monday (or any other day) ie once in 15 days for 2 months and report back.

Hi Dr. Kadwa,

It has been 2 months and approx. 3 weeks since your last recommendation. He has been taking Silicia 200c every alternate Monday for 2 months. His wound looks much better. I would say the majority of the wound is almost closed to the top, it just seems like it needs to be sealed completely. The bottom part of the wound, closest to the anus, is the deepest part, but it is not that deep. It's probably about 1 cm or 2 cm deep and about 2 cm wide. What do you advise he takes now?

Thank-you for all your help, I feel like we are almost there!

Please ask him to take Silicea 200 once in every 3 weeks and report back after 3 months. He should take 4 doses over 3 months.

Hi Dr. Kadwa,

We are contacting you before the end of his silicia 200 treatment because he had a flare up this past Friday. He felt a bump just above the wound to the right on the side of the buttocks crease. He began taking calc sulph 6x, he took it for two days and took 3 doses per day. He is supposed to take his dose of silicea 200 tomorrow. Although the inflammation went down after he took the calc sulph, he still feels something there and is in discomfort. He is also very worried that an infection could be spreading beneath his skin. When he went to doctors in the past they told him the infection could spread underneath and then he would need surgery and it would be a large one because they would have to take out all the infected areas. When I saw it on Saturday, it went down quite a bit but I could still feel a little bump.

What should we do?

Please give him myristica 30 in the morning and evening for 7 days and report back.

We got myristica 30ch and he began taking it yesterday. He took one dose in the morning and one dose at night as you indicated. He said it was draining a little bit in the afternoon, and then after the second dose, the area became more painful and got more inflammed and he felt physically nautious and he was sweating quite a bit. He took one dose of calc sulph 6x last night because he thought it would reduce the inflammation and feel better. He took one dose of myristica again this morning and he said it went down a bit and he is no longer nautious or sweating and he wants to know if it is a problem to take calc sulph while he is taking myrstica also? If it gets worse should he take calc sulph or something else, or should he continue with the myristca regardless of how he feels?

hrs123 last decade
Myristica has nothing to do with his nausea and sweating. He should take Myristica to drain the abscess. He may also take calc sulph 6x if he feels it helps. The remedies should be taken for 7 days.
