Mentally no noticeable change since the cough started.
Lately when he meets people, for example when he sees his uncle and aunt, though he meets them every few days, he would act shy for the first ten or so minutes and after that interacts with them completely normal.

Please give him a single dose of ANTIM TART 30c in water, (1 pellet dissolved in 250 ml spring water, and 1 spoon from there) and report after 24 hours.
Keep the 250 ml solution in a cool place.

Sameer, it has been 24 hours since the dose. After the dose the cough has definitely reduced but still coughs. At times very severe, early morning 4am he coughed very badly for half hour. After waking up he coughed frequently for some time then the frequency has reduced. Has lots of mucus.
After waking up his itching was also intense, later seem to be okay. Please let me know the next step.

Sameer, It has been 24 hrs since the remedy. Cough has reduced a lot. This morning after waking up he coughed for a while, when i asked him to spit the mucus he threw up twice after that he has been okay with few coughs here and there. Has mucus and itching. Please let me know the next step.

Let us wait for another 24 hours.
If things get worse, give the existing 250 ml Ant-t solution 5 hard shakes, and give a teaspoon again.

Sameer. cough seems to be under control, but itching is very severe at times.
And one more symptom i would like to run by you - yesterday night my son's right ear was very red and hot while the other ear is normal. Actually my brother has the same problem and this happens to my brother whenever he is angry of something.
For my son when this happened he was searching for his markers, he didn't seem to be angry or with tension. But he demanded for the markers.

Sameer, my son yesterday ate some sweets made with white sugar and Blueberry yogurt other than his regular diet. He was itchy around 3am and had tough time sleeping continuously after that and also itchy this morning as well. Actually day before yesterday that's Monday night he slept fine and yesterday through out the day was good until he ate the sweet. After that he seemed to be itchy. So i am wondering could he have Candida imbalance in his body. The reason this came to my mind is i suffered with bad yeast infections while i was pregnant with him. Thank you.

His mental, seems ok, at times he has the obstinacy. He says he doesn't like the food even without trying, had to be forced to eat. When new people come home tries to get their attention. Lot of things (even the daily chores) need to be either pushed or persuaded.
At school the teacher said he is getting better, because before he rejected doing anything on his own, now does lot of things on his own.
Mentally much better now relative to when i started this thread.
Now if he needs attention then starts to scratch, says itchy even without really itchy, Once i start to engage him then forgets about itching.
Few more to add:-
Poor appetite in general.
After ANTIM TART, has bowel movement almost everyday. Once he complained about pain near the naval area just before bowel movement.
After pulsatilla he stool is more brown color whereas before used to be whitish.
At school the teacher said he is getting better, because before he rejected doing anything on his own, now does lot of things on his own.
Mentally much better now relative to when i started this thread.
Now if he needs attention then starts to scratch, says itchy even without really itchy, Once i start to engage him then forgets about itching.

Sameer, here is the current status..
Cough, cold and runny nose went away. Not demanding too much junk foods/snacks, instead able to feed him decent lunch and dinner.
Respiration - noisy breaths with snoring kind of sound while sleeping. Tonsils are still enlarged, as should be the adenoids.
Ears - Bores the ears at least few times a day.
Eyes - Still doesn't want the lights on while waking up.
Skin - Itching is still there even with controlled diet. Skin feels thick and darker with light colored patches, mainly in the fold of the knees and around the knees. Elbow fold is also affected along with lower back.
Sleep - Now his sleep is disturbed either within an hour or two after falling asleep or after 4am in the morning. Doesn't cry, but itchy. I guess he dreams a lot because one day he screamed and once i hugged he cried a little and fell asleep. Most of the time says a word or two while sleeping.
Mentally - Happy. Talks a lot either to his toys or on his own. Plays by himself but needs somebody around. Didn't want to stay alone in a room.

After bath shivers a little and noticed slightly bluish lips while shivering only.

Couple more current symptoms i forgot to add.
His lips are too dry, my son pulls them very often. And every morning we are noticing the cracks have bled during the night (stains of blood in the teeth, mainly upper teeth) especially in the middle.
At times hits family members either when he is too excited or says just for fun.

Sameer, my son again got cold, has tough time breathing. Egg white like discharge. Is not active, has been on Tylenol. Has temperature. Is been very sick and tired. Both ears have sticky brownish wax discharge a bit more than usual. Has few coughs also. Please let me know a remedy and dosage that would help him. Thank you.

The crack is on the lower lips.
Even a slight change from the regularity could make him sick.
This time the cold started after drinking the filtered tap water at my friends place, actually he is been drinking only Poland spring water. The next morning itself his nose started to be runny. And as the day went by he started to get more sick. Next day fever started. Today is the 3rd day, still the mucus looks egg white like. The symptoms are worse in the morning for an hour after waking up and from evening until he is asleep.
Middle of the day is usually little better.
Most of the time his left nose is very runny while the right is with little or no mucus.
Nothing brings much relief except Tylenol/medicine.
