A tad better but today again at around 12pm I took a second dose of Ignitia.

I feel the fluttering in my chest … little dizzy and weepy and frustrated all through the day . It’s 6pm now, but I feel just as hopeless .. may be a shade better than last evening.

Let us wait till tomorrow and see
This fluttering is close to stomach or neck I m sure close to stomach

Today .. I was a little better in terms of fluttering. So didn’t take Ignitia.

Will update u once I get the feeling back.

Btw, it could also be because I could patch up with my friend and that makes a lot of difference to me psychologically because I value my relationship with my close circle a tad too much … may be !

I just hope I feel better soon.

I haven’t started the new remedy yet .. since I am down with body ache , sinus issues and fever with menstrual pain right now … will get the remedy by tomorrow .. hopefully.

You need to consolidate all these to get the right remedy
I suggest you do not tale any remedy and after your menses post all symptoms specifically those which you get before, during and after completion
Then I will prescribe
