This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I don't work in Ounces. I use 15-25 ml bottles usually. It should be fairly small.

Just take the remedy at the same time of the day approximately.

Ah, ok I got it, so that kind of bottle. I don't have anything that small. Does it matter if there is head room at the top of the bottle? If I use something that's more like 120 ml, is that not as good? I just want to do this right.

That is a fairly big bottle. I would add 5 pellets instead of 3 but otherwise that should be good.

Yes thank you, it looked like my mother in law was having a heart attack but she is just fine. We are spending time with her and her family now and will be back home in a few days.

Just to double check, the 5:1 ratio is 5 parts water to 1 part alcohol, right?

Assumed the ratio was water:alcohol 5:1 and took my first dose last night before bed. Will keep you posted on any changes.

So far, I feel that the remedy is having a very mild effect, I have been feeling positive and yesterday was interested in going for a walk in the sunshine. Not huge changes, but I think I can tell that it is helping some.

That is ok, I am wanting to go slow with you. Slow change tends to be more permanent change. We will most likely need to move up through the various potencies over time -12c, 30c, 200c - but the timing is important. Going too fast can spoil cases.

Yes but you must stop if any of your symptoms worsen, so it sounds like that is happening.

I wanted to mention something I noticed in the last couple of days---I have not been getting headaches. I have had a headache every day for months. However, I am getting this funny feeling in my head like a fuzzy feeling? Or a fullness, not sure how to describe. Plus my left eye seems a bit fuzzy and I have a harder time concentrating than usual when looking at the computer screen. What it seems like to me is that the pain of eh uh the headaches is going away or gone, but I'm having some of the symptoms of a migraine, just without the pain. I definitely consider this an improvement!
I'm not sure though, if it's because my baby is sleeping better, but I'd be more likely to guess it's the remedy. Hard to say, but either way I'm happy with it.

Oops I spoke too soon...big headache this morning. The baby didn't sleep well, though.

Not sure if this interferes with anything, but I took an Immitrex (migraine meds) this morning. It was vital to getting through the day.

Still feeling down and apathetic. My heart has been racing, which makes me feel low on energy and a little short of breath when I'm working (like going up/down stairs, doing dishes, lifting baby, etc). Heading is mostly gone but I feel a hint of it in my left eye.
I felt very anxious yesterday, but I just learned that can be a side effect of Immitrex. Today I feel better (so far) as far as the anxiety goes. Hoping to hear from you soon. I know you're very busy.

To be honest, I took another dose tonight. I tried really hard to wait to hear from you first but felt kind of desperate to do something. I hope I didn't mess anything up.

You won't have messed anything up. I would get hold of 12c though, as it could be an issue with potency. I started low so as not to cause too much turmoil, but we still need to find the right potency even if the remedy is correct.

All right, I have ordered the 12C online, it should arrive within a week. Anything I can do in the meantime while I wait for it?
