All right, I have ordered the 12C online, it should arrive within a week. Anything I can do in the meantime while I wait for it?

What happened on repeating the 6c?

I feel a bit better today, still feel a bit restless and irritable, but not quite so down and hopeless feeling as yesterday. Heart is not racing and headache is not really there either (just the barest amount there). So, I'd say definitely better than yesterday. Not jumping with joy, but better.

Ok I still feel confident in the remedy choice, but now we have to work on getting potency and dosage right.

Wait one day and repeat if you feel the same. Hit the bottle 6 times before the next dose if you feel you need to take it.

OK will do. Thanks.

Took one more dose this morning, and I feel pretty good today. In the mornings, it's hard to wake up, but after about an hour, plus taking my antidepressants and having a cup of tea, I wake up a bit. Usually around 2-3 hours into my day is when I feel more awake. Then I start dragging in the afternoon.
Anyway I don't have a ton of energy, but I feel better emotionally and was able to go out to the mall and get some things done. I feel pretty positive, although still a bit anxious.

Ok that is good. It will take time to reverse what has happened to you of course, and because of the medication I want to take it slow. It seems like the larger number of succussions (hits) has helped too.

Evocationer last decade
Yes, I definitely agree the larger number of succussions helped. So for now I just don't do anything, right? Unless I start to feel bad again? I do have that 12C coming in the mail, so it will be available if/when we need it.

Wait a day or two and see how you feel. If there is no further change and you still feel not ok then repeat the dose once more, but this time with 8 succussions.

Evocationer last decade
OK. Thanks for that.

I have a question: my husband's aunt wants me to try a supplement that has St. John's Wort, B-12, folic acid, and 5-HTP. Would you recommend that, or wait on it for now?

alaskamom last decade
That isn't a supplement, that is a medicine. My advice generally is not to mix therapies as it can both confuse things and create interactions.

I was kind of leaning toward not taking it, and that makes sense, that it might interfere with the homeopathy.

I received the Sepia 12c today, so if it's time to employ it, I'm ready.

Can you give me a full update on the current status of all your symptoms.

What you need to do is go through the case you gave me and list each symptom/feeling/thought process (only the negative ones). Then next to each one write Better, Worse or Same. If better or worse, assign a % to represent how much.

Evocationer last decade
ok i'll work on that.

Wow. I am impressed that 6c has done that much. That is a really good result from the first round of treatment, and I must admit I did not expect such a low potency to be so useful to you.

I actually do not believe that moving to 12c at this time is the right move. I would prefer that you stay with the 6c until I am sure it has exhausted its usefulness. Now that you have the 12c we can move to that as soon as it is needed which is good.

Can you tell me, are you getting much aggravation after each dose? I know you felt aggravated after using it for several days in a row, but what about the single doses?

Evocationer last decade
Well, when I took the questionnaire, I had cold-turkey gone off my meds, and I'm now doing a half dose of the one that helps the most, and a whole pill of the one that doesn't do a whole lot (but it helps a little). So that could be part of the reason the percentages are improved a lot. However, I had previously been on this same half-dose of the one med (Paxil) that was helping the most, and was doing poorly and had to get it upped because I was having 'breakthrough' symptoms. Also, at that time I was on a higher dose of the second (less effective) medication. So I know that the Sepia is definitely helping, because I feel pretty fair overall despite being on lower doses of both antidepressants, and nothing else has changed as far as my life or how much sleep I'm getting.

I tried a dose of the Sepia last night before bed, because I just felt like it was a good time to take it. Yesterday I had a good day, but was starting to feel a little irritable at the end of the day. So I took some, and I feel better today as far as emotionally, but a little worse for the headache, muscle tension, and tiredness. I went to bed with a slight headache on the right side, took some Ibuprofen at bedtime, and this morning it's on the left side and a little worse.
But I did read an article yesterday that explained that this is actually a desired result...symptoms moving from inward to outward.

So as far as aggravation, I think emotionally it seems to be helping me but maybe aggravating some physically.

So how often are you feeling like you have to take the remedy?

Evocationer last decade
Maybe 2 times a week?

alaskamom last decade
Alright then I would just continue to do that for awhile. It will become evident when you need the 12c.

Evocationer last decade
OK that sounds reasonable to me.

Yesterday evening I was feeling really irritable, so I took another dose last night before bed. This morning I woke up still irritable and with a migraine. I wonder, do we need to change anything with the remedy or just wait for now and give the dose more time to work?

Wondering too if my irritability was sort of a pre-cursor to the migraine? Like how some people get symptoms to indicate they will be getting a migraine.

alaskamom last decade
Wait 24 hours, and if it is still the same take a dose of the 12c instead.

Evocationer last decade
Day before yesterday, I ended up getting frustrated and did the 8 succussions and then took a drop directly to the tongue. Yesterday started out rough, but got better as the day went on. Today I feel better than before, but still somewhat irritable. Should I do the 12c?

alaskamom last decade
Need to wait now that you have taken that dose. It can confuse things to take doses too close together when the potency is different.
