Yes but I would expect you need to repeat less often. 30c is a fairly big jump up from 12c, and we need to keep an eye on how often you need it and what exactly is calling for you to repeat.

OK. So keep you posted for now until we get a better idea how it's going.

I'm wanting to repeat the remedy again. Yesterday I felt good, it was a stressful day with Kody being sick, but I felt I was able to keep it together well, and be sensitive to his needs. Today, I forgot to take my regular medication until about 4 or 5 hours after I usually take it, and I have been feeling majorly irritable at everyone, but especially Kody since he has been refusing to nap all day. I suppose that is to be expected, since he slept 5 hours yesterday. But I feel like I just want everyone to go away and leave me alone. Even with being in he back room by myself I still feel irritable.

Wait one day. Always try to wait 24 hours to see if your vital force corrects itself without the medicine.

So I've been taking the remedy about two to three times a week. Last weekend was very busy socially, we visited with three sets of friends (all separately) over the course of two days. I usually don't get out much, so that was a lot for me. I felt like I handled it better than normal, and didn't feel like I 'crashed' the day after like usual. But on Tuesday and today have had not so great days. My mood has been ok, not really irritable, but have felt very antisocial and tired. I took a dose of the remedy yesterday. About 24 hours ago. Should I repeat or wait?

I will wait and see. I don't have the 200C, it would have been smart if I had picked some up! I will have to get some soon so I can have it on hand.

I'm feeling really irritable today. Would it be all right to repeat?
Also I feel like it's so up and down for whether the remedy seems to help or not. Sometimes it seems to do great and then other times it seems like it doesn't do anything. Am I doing something wrong?

I was wondering. What does it mean that I keep needing to change doses? I know this is a normal progression, but does it mean my body is getting used to the current potency and I need to up the strength? Does it mean I'm getting better or just needing stronger medicine to maintain? What happens when we exhaust all the dilutions?
I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong that I'm not feeling like I'm getting the benefit I'd expect from just upping the dosage. I took a dose last night but feel morose and withdrawn today. I wonder if it's an aggravation? I know I need to give it a day or two more. Seemed like after the last dose it didn't improve the situation right away, but it got better a day or two later.

We have to find the right potency as well as the right remedy - too low and you usually get an inconsistent result, often it seems like a partial result or the effect does not hold well. I started low because of the constant medication you take, so as not to cause too much of an aggravation.
It would be normal to see an aggravation before improvement, so yes it could be that is what is happening today.

Ah, I got it. I am glad to hear that. So we're just working up to it right now.
Yes I think the aggravation is what's happening, after doing a few doses that seems to be the pattern. I'm feeling good today, so that's encouraging. It makes sense too that I'd get an aggravation with the jump in potency too.

I'm wondering, I'm kind of dreading taking the next dose because of the aggravation. Would it do any good to do one drop instead of 3 in the water, or to take a quarter teaspoon instead of two teaspoons, etc?
alaskamom last decade
Of course! The advantage to the way I dose (as per the instructions in our Organon of Medicine) is that you can adjust each step to reduce the aggravation.
Changing to one drop is a good idea. You can also increase the amount of water you put the drop into, and you can reduce the number of teaspoons to 1.
Don't increase the amount of water beyond 250mls, as the next step is something we call 'diluting to the next cup' and I can instruct you on that if we need to. I have had ultrasensitive patients require dilution to 5 cups in order to be able to bear the medicine.

So doing just one drop is working well! I'm doing about 200 ml of water and one drop of remedy, then 1 tsp of the solution. I feel like it's a good match.
Also doing the Tapping is really making a difference. I feel like I have a lot more energy and motivation to get things done around the house. I'm going to keep at it. I feel good enough that I'm experimenting with shaving off a little from my medications. I'll see how it goes over the course of a week with the lower dosages--I can always take more if I can't handle it. So far it's going fine. Had a bit of a headache yesterday but it went away. We'll see!

ah ok - a few of my clients use tapping, and it seems to be a great alternative to using medication. I am pretty happy for this while allowing the medicines to work.

Is it normal for the remedy to not really work during mensturating? I always get PMS---irritable, weepy, tired, headaches, emotional outburst, and so on, but I was hoping the remedy would help. Should I just take it more often or something? Or just figure the PMS is overriding it and wait it out? I get a worsening of my depression and it's annoying to feel like all the happiness is gone out of my life each month for a few days. This period may be worse than usual, because it's only my second one post partum. The first one was last month, and it was very light and not as long as normal, so I think I got off easy that time.

Menses can be difficult but it should also improve, so if it isn't it is something to be looked at more closely. Sepia is such a big remedy for PMS though so I would be surprised if it didn't help. It could also be an aggravation - one of the things I notice is that the menstrual symptoms can aggravate after the dose, even if that is 2-3 weeks later.
♡ Evocationer last decade
Well with me dosing every 2 to 3 days, it is unavoidably going to aggravate the menses every time then, if that's how it works.
As far as 'should improve'--- what time frame are we looking at? During one cycle or over a period or months, etc?

IF the potency is right, then the first period is usually bad, then the ones after that are better. However, I don't think we have the potency correct as yet - I am assuming 200c will hold better since you need so much of 30c.
♡ Evocationer last decade
Well, that makes sense.
I feel like it's really hard to strike a happy medium as far as the dose goes. I have to do just one drop of the 30c, in 6 or 8 oz of water, and then one teaspoon of that, in order to keep from getting an aggravation. But then it seems to wear off quickly, and I'll have to take more maybe two or three days later.

Hey there. Wondering if this is an aggravation. I took a dose of the remedy yesterday evening just prior to company coming over. It was a little stressful for me because the came really late and stayed late none I didn't really feel like visiting anyway.
So I took a dose preemptively, so to speak, and it had been a couple days anyway since the last one. Today I just feel like I don't want anyone around me, and I feel empty inside. I recalled reading somewhere in one of my herbal books about an 'all gone feeling in the pit of the stomach', so I looked it up online and Sepia came up in some material medical available online. So I know I'm on the right track, but I wanted to know, should I take more or is it likely an aggravation? Or just overdid it yesterday? I went to bed late, midnight, and hyphen Kody woke up early at 6am, and even with a 2 hour nap for me I still feel tired.
Also the last week or two, I have had a little rash on my face, on either side of the nose and down just a bit, just above the upper lip. It seems like I get it when I'm stressed. I have sort of fallen by the wayside with Tapping, and also I did shave off a bit of my antidepressant Paxil. Instead of half, I'm doing a third. It's helping as far as the sex drive goes, and I'm glad to be on less, but oh you know, it's frustrating to feel like I need it, you know?
I also feel like, in general, that whenever I do anything that I enjoy, it ends up turning into something that drags me down or feels like drudgery. So I always have to do stuff that is a very short-term, no commitment project, and in general I'm afraid of commitment and don't like to make plans. Is this all still stuff that will be helped by the remedy? I feel like such a loser sometimes because I can't ever stick with anything.
