Hi-

Well this sounds like more of the Nat mur again and the camphor
is not having any effect on it. Your case needs to be taken here if you want bc all the info is needed on you.

Or you can wait and see what Shiatsu does and if no relief contact the homeopath I suggested.

Or you can start filling out the basic form on here and I will have a lot more questions after the
basic info . If the Shiatsu does not help then at least the information is ready to prescribe.

I would not take anything now before Shiatsu bc the massage does a detox of your system, so if
you take something before, the new remedy could also be eliminated and results will not be clear.

What is going on with the camphor effects-vivid dreams and body pains?

Here is the form, if you want to fill it out.

your age, height and weight along with it.)

Thanks Simone, I will submit all details, and update after the shiatsu. No dreams since and pains have subsided. My head is heavy and muffling sound in ears, eye sight very poor

sunflower99 9 years ago
Simone it feels like I want to draw the energy down from my head to my feet

sunflower99 9 years ago
Yes, that makes sense bc the nat mur proving effects are an
out of body state. Like when you wake up in a nightmare and then
after a few minutes come out of that state and get back into
your body. Everyone gets back into their body in the morning,
and it is a common thing for everyone to have some days when
they just don't feel like they really woke up and are fully here.

So what you are trying to do is 'ground' yourself thru the feet
to the earth and get yourself 'in'. You can help with that by
walking around in bare feet on the ground or sitting next to
a big tree.

The good thing is , you never leave, you can always get
back in. But just like taking some drug, say 'Vicodin' which
puts people out above their heads, the nat mur is blocking
your anchoring back in- so the Shiatsu will reanchor you
by removing anything stuck in your system preventing that.

simone717 9 years ago
That is the Camphor. Confused, bewildered, in another world, lost, everything seems strange. Some of the themes of the family to which Camphor belongs are Floating, Withdrawn, Feeling of being in another world.

I did try to warn you that attempting to 'antidote' could produce yet more problems, which it has. The whole case must be taken and a remedy prescribed on the symptoms of the case, as homoeopathy requires. That is the only safe way to navigate through whatever was triggered by using Nat-mur.

Simone I had just walked barefoot on the grass before I seen your reply and Boy did I feel better. I know what you mean, in the mornings before I get out of bed I have a clear plan for the day and once I get up, its all gone and forgotton. Thank you, thank you Simone, all makes perfect sense now, I will def have the shiatsu. You have made my day, much gratitude

sunflower99 9 years ago
Good work on that. It is not so scary when you
understand it is a 'mechanical'
problem .

simone717 9 years ago
Thank you Evocationer, I will see how I go with the Shiatsu, if I feel I need to do a full case again, I will

sunflower99 9 years ago
Had my Shiatsu massage on saturday, no improvement. what next?

sunflower99 9 years ago
Hi,

Ask evocationer to retake your case and find another remedy that
covers all of what is going on.

Or, go to the homeopath I suggested via skype if you need to,
and ask him to retake your case.

simone717 9 years ago
Evocationer, could you retake my case please?

sunflower99 9 years ago
I missed your request, my apologies. Let me post the questionnaire.

HOW TO DESCRIBE YOUR COMPLAINTS (Physical Components)

In homoeopathy, prescription is based on precise details of various symptoms from which you suffer. To tell or write to a homoeopathic physician 'I have a headache ', ' an eruption ' or “a cough” would not be enough. If you inform him 'I have headache with sharp shooting pains in the left side of the head and temple, these pains always come on when the slightest cold air strikes the head. I feel better by pressing the head very hard.” Then only you have given all the information required for making a good homoeopathic prescription. The success of the prescription depends; largely on how detailed your description of the symptoms is.
We require the following details about your symptoms.

LOCATION: Please give the exact location of sensation, pain or eruption. Also describe where the pain or sensation spreads.

SENSATION: Express the type of sensation or the pain that you get in your own words however simple or funny it may seem. You may have a sensation that a mouse is crawling or the heart was grasped by an iron hand or you may have a pain that is cutting, burning jerking, pressing. Express the sensation or pain as it feels to you. Try to explain the whole sensation in the exact way it is happening and not just the word. We need to understand the whole process of the sensation as it is happening to you.

WHAT MAKES YOU WORSE OR BETTER:

Many factors are likely to influence your complaint. Some factors may intensify it and some factors may relieve the trouble. A detailed list of the factors is given at the end. Please refer it while describing each of your troubles and indicate which factors make the complaint better or worse.

DISCHARGES: You may have a discharge from nose, ears, mouth, eyes, ulcers, fistula, eruptions on skin, private parts, etc. Please describe your discharge in detail including colour, consistency, appearance, odour etc.

1] Your Complaint:

(Use your own words as far as possible, but if you have recognized or diagnosed the condition, give this information also.) By answering as many of these questions as fully as possible, you are helping me to understand what your body and unconscious mind is conveying. This can help me find a remedy for you.)
• What is your complaint?
• When did the complaint begin?
• Where is it located?
• What sort of sensations (and emotions) do you associate with it?
When does it tend to occur (time/day)
• Does anything make it better or worse?
• How does it bother you? How is it coming in way of your day-to-day life?
• How does it feel like to have this/these problem/s?
• What is the effect of this/these problem/s on you?
• Did any event happen which caused the complaint? Describe the emotion associated with it.
• What are the other symptoms started with it, esp. mental and physical symptoms, which are not directly related to the main complaint.
• What are your reactions with it?

PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FOR EACH SYMPTOM/COMPLAINT SEPARATELY. DO NOT INCLUDE ALL OF YOUR COMPLAINTS TOGETHER IN EACH QUESTION eg. all questions answered for Leg Pain, then same questions answered for Migraines, then same questions answered for Panic attacks etc.

Mental and Emotional State Description

(the homoeopathic remedy is very often decided on the basis of the mental and emotional state of the patient !)

1. What are the issues in your life that bother you the most. Not physical issues but mental or emotional ones. List each one separately and describe why each one bothers you so much.

2. What emotions are the most troublesome for you? What situations provoke these emotions. How do these emotions make you act? Do you feel any ill effects from expressing or not expressing these emotions.

3. What incidents in your life have had a deep impact on you? Describe each incident in detail and how they made you feel? What did you do in those situations? What effect have they had on your life?

4. What are you afraid of? Especially important are phobias, but it might be objects, situations or events that just produce a high level of anxiety. How do you manage your fears? How do you react when confronted with these fears? What would be the worst situation for you to be put in that would provoke these fears? You may need to talk about each fear/anxiety separately.

5. What hobbies do you have? Why do you like each of these activities?

6. Do you have any persistent thoughts, ideas or beliefs that are difficult to stop or cope with? What are they?

7. Do you have any unusual gestures or movements of the body? Do you feel any unusual sensation or pain throughout your body? What exactly does it feel like is happening in your body?

8. When you experience your fears, persistent thoughts, or difficult emotions, what kind of sensation or reactions do you get in your body?

9. When did you feel at your best in your life? What was that like for you? If you imagine the complete opposite of this feeling or moment, what would that be like?

10. Do you feel like you are stuck in a pattern of behavior, especially when trying to deal with your problems? What is this pattern?

11. What difficulties or problems do you have in relationships? Talk about your family, your romantic relationships, your spouse or partner, your friends, and your work colleagues. You may need to talk about all of these separately.

12. List 5 positive things about yourself. Are there any situations where this positive attribute becomes negative (is a problem)?

13. List 5 negative things about yourself. Are there any situations where this negative attribute becomes positive (is useful)?

14. Do you have any reoccurring dreams? Describe them in detail, including any feelings that come while dreaming.

15. Did you have any reoccurring dreams as a child, or earlier in your life? Describe those in detail including any feelings that came with them.

16. What were you like as a child, your character, your personality, your fears, your dreams, your problems?

17. What kind of environment did you grow up in? What problems where there at home, with your family, with your parents, with your siblings, with school?

Physical Symptoms
Photosynthesis since my teens. eyes water in bright sunlight or windy weather.
Mental and emotional
1. Have a fear of getting old and not being of value in life.
2. Very conscious of physical appearance, I believe good looking people get all the attention, have had this belief since school.
3. Jealous of succesfull people due to my own insecurities.

Being told I was ugly in my teens has set up a continuous roller coaster of trying to be perfect all the time.

I lost my brother in a car accident in 1989 and I still feel I am in that shock state, like nothing seems real like it was prior to the accident.

Loosing weight and complimented by people was my happiest moment, I got lots of attention from males.

I am stuck in not accepting myself as I am.

I find relationships difficult if there is someone prettier than me, have great relationship with husband.

5 positives

1. Kind
2. Good wife
3. Good mother
4. Hard working
5. Good Daughter

5 negatives

1. Jealous
2. Self centred at times, looking for attention.
3. Hate being ignored in conversations.
4. Suspicious of people
5. I do not like confrontation.

I have a recurring dream that I have not studied enough to pass my English exams in school.I am terrified that my english teacher will punish me.

No reocurring dreams as a child.

As a child I was very outgoing and assertive until about age of 8/9 when I realised that teachers had favourites. I did not feel that I was accepted or liked by the teachers. I became timid and shy.

General Symptoms.
1. I always sleep on my front, I cannot sleep on my back. No problems sleeping.

2. Appetite normal, I love all foods. Allergic to kiwis.
My throat gets itchy and swells.
not sure what foods improve my symptoms.

3. I drink lots of water, no aversion to any drink. Most thirsty in mornings.

4. Have IBS symptoms with about one month, dark loose stools first thing in morning.

5. no trouble with urine, no debris, pale in colour.

6. I only sweat if working out.under arms and back of neck.

7. very low libido, no diseases.

8. 28 day cycle, 3 to 4 days flow, lots of clots, no odor, dark stain, pain in left lower ovary area prior to before flow. no symptoms after flow.

9. I hate dark days, also hate Autumn and winter. I get very tired from Autumn to early Spring, no motivation to do anything.
Sensitive to sunlight, eyes stream.

As your answers are very brief, I will need you to expand on them. However, you have provided many good access points for further exploration, which is great.

Can you write more about:

'not being of value'

'good looking people get all the attention'

'jealous of successful people'

'trying to be perfect all the time'

'stuck'

'relationships difficult if someone is prettier than me'

'suspicious of people'

'do not like confrontation'

NOT BEING OF VALUE
I have a belief that old people are just 'old' and nobody wants to be with them, seen alot of old people with nobody to look after them, they are too muh bother, doctors speak over them etc.

GOOD LOOKING PEOPLE GET ALL THE ATTENTION
When in school there was this really pretty girl who got all the male attention.

JEALOUS OF SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE
I grew up in a family where education was very important and we were always compared to the neighbouring kids, if they got better grades than us we were verbally punished. We were forced to learn to play musical instruments against our will for 2 years. When I see other people now being successful I feel my old insecurities come back.

TRYING TO BE PERFECT ALL THE TIME

I have an ingrained belief that I have to be beautiful, smart and popular, not shy. My aunt used to constantly say I was shy, another belief I took on.

RELATIONSHIP DIFFICULTIES IF SOMEONE IS PRETTIER THAN ME
I feel there is no point to doing anything if I am ugly, I feel I put all my attention into looking good so I could get attention and never really lived at all.

SUSPICIOUS OF PEOPLE
I dont trust people, my father was violent and we never knew when things would get nasty, always on edge, never trusting.

DO NOT LIKE CONFRONTATION.
I cannot stand up for myself in an argument, I dont feel I deserve to be heard (we were always told to shut up at home, our opinion dd not matter)

sunflower99 9 years ago
Alright there are a few ideas I had here. I will go with the first of them and keep the other remedies in mind should this approach not produce the results I would like to see.

If I look at these rubrics to establish a core for the case:

Longing for the good opinion of others
Desires to be flattered
Vanity
Delusion is neglected
Envy

This leads me to consider the remedy Palladium metallicum. Palladium belongs to the Silver series of remedies (on the periodic table) and this group has various qualities that might relate to your case.

As a metal there is a strong theme of performance. The silver series specifically relates to issues such as praise, beauty, success, show and the opposites of criticism, ugliness, failure and neglect.

The remedy itself shows the following characteristics:

Loves praise, longs for the good opinion of others and attaches great importance to it
Fancies being neglected, easy prey to slights
Wants to be the centre of interest
Compulsive desire to catch the fancy of other people
Focused on their own attractiveness
Vanity, pays much attention to outward appearance
Great problems with getting older

Pain in one ovary is typical of this remedy

Can you obtain Palladium metallicum in 200c, preferably liquid form.

If you have pillules or pellets, you will need a small bottle and a dropper. Mix water and alcohol into this small bottle to the ratio of 5:1. Dissolve 3 pillules/pellets into this bottle. All doses will be made from this bottle.

If you already have a liquid dose just start from step 1.

1. Hit the bottle 5 times firmly against the palm of the hand

2. Place 3 drops into 100mls of clean fresh water

3. Stir very thoroughly

4. Take 2 teaspoons out into the mouth and hold for 20 seconds, then swallow.

This is one dose and the same steps should be taken for any further doses, unless I ask you to change them in some way.

Take one dose only and let me know what has happened at the end of a week.
