My update after 7 days.
First day had indigestion, extreme tiredness, constipation, stomach cramps, my eyes were extremely sore and eyelids felt stiff.
Lots of buzzing in ears and fogginess.
Day 2 Rash appeared on upper chest, insomnia that night, no thoughts, just complete blnkness of mind.
Day 3 Everyone looks old to me
I find myself staring at how people are ageing.
Day 4 Can tolerate alcohol more, usually 2 glasses of wine and I feel dizzy and tired, that did not happen this time.
Day 5 Feeling very nostalgic, remembering and grieving the 'good old days'
Day 6 Blank mind and no reaction to thoughts of a future public performance.
Day 7, Had most amazing sleep, lots more dreams than usual and remembered. Have more energy.
Can speaak to people and look them in the eyes more, without worrying about what they are thinking of me.
So, to clarify, I am much better self confident wise, am not as resentful of people whom I feel did me worong in the past, it doesn't really bother me.
The only problem I have now is I cannot remember names of people, feel a bit spaced, not aware of time going by, or what day it is.
I feel a bit too laid back as I have projects and deadlines to meet

He has not gone anywhere-you are on his caselist.
He has his own practice and almost 50 cases on here, so you have to
be patient and wait for response.
Anytime you post on this thread, it will put the thread up to the
top of the forum- so some people write- bump up - so the thread is
more obvious.
(Unless the remedy has taken you backwards, which that does not seem
the case here, it seems that the remedy is very active- you would just
wait and observe and keep reporting)
You will get a response- it just may take a few days.

Dizzy used to have vertigo

Within an hour of taking suggested remedy yesterday, I was very happy, found lots of things funny. It was like my sense of humour returned, having been buried for a long time.Had a very good sleep last night.
Today,I am very low, old feelings of self pity and rejection surfacing. Eyes very sensitive to outdoor light.
I cried for about an hour, non stop, with feeling very unloved and rejected.

It sounds like an aggravation. Try to endure it. If it is an aggravation then the improvement should follow afterwards.

when all these symptoms have improved is it possible to take calc flor for skin elasticity?

No that is the wrong way to use our medicines. Proper homoeopathic treatment will address all the symptoms of your ill health. It may not be just one remedy that does that, but each remedy needs to be chosen based on your individual symptoms rather than trying to use a medicine based on the name of the problem.

Having lost some weight recently my face and neck have lost tone and I was hoping some remedy may help.
Also this morning I have the shakes, cant stop trembling, hands especially very shaky

I feel I should update again.
Had board meeting earlier this morning and I froze, blushing, could not look at anyone in the eye, could not remember any notes, had to make excuse and leave.
I have radio interview coming up next week.

Can you go through your questionnaire. Pick out all your symptoms and list them. Next to each one write better, worse, or same. If better or worse, also write a percentage % to represent how much.

Just adding to the above, when I think of the public performances I have ahead of me I want to run away, I can honestly say I am worse now confidence wise than I was before.
My memory and focus is much clearer which may be adding to the fact that I am more aware of what is ahead of me, more in tune.
