Alright so the last dose was 9/9 from the look of it.

This kind of reaction makes me consider the possibility that there is some kind of pathology or tissue changes present. A drawn out aggravation like this localized in particular parts usually means this. We need to go more carefully. Perhaps starting lower or on LM potencies might have been more prudent here. We may even need to do that soon.

Have you had any diagnostic tests in the past that have suggested pathology ie. PCOS or endometriosis? When there are tissue changes, you will hit a kind of a hurdle, a point where aggravation occurs and reoccurs. We can adjust treatment to deal with this, but it might be useful to know if it is there.

I was in a shop today, I knew what I wanted but the sales lady tried to convince me to buy something. I said 'Its not the colour I want and its too expensive', I had that said without thinking, she just stood back and said 'ok'.

Follow the same steps as you did for 200c. However, you will take daily doses. When you feel any symptoms aggravate stop. With LMs this usually means you have reached the healing threshold (which is essentially the same as C potencies but LMs take longer to reach that point).
