The following additional information is required to help you.

7. climate - extreme - hot in summers, cold in winters
8. List of your complaints 9.since how long you have been suffering from these complaints.

I got pain in rectum and bleeding in the year 1998 first time and consulted a homeopath who prescribed a remedy. I was fine after 1 week of treatment.

After that in 2012 I again had rectal bleeding without pain. I consulted a gastroenterologist who carried out a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with internal hemmoroids,however i feel while conducting the colonscopy i got a tear in my rectum(fissure) which started giving tearing pain during Bowel Movement (BM) with bleeding in the pot.
Went back to the same Homeopath but this time his remedy did not work,change in remedies also did not help.
Most homeopaths in India do not prescribe remedies and give self prepared remedies hence i am unable to state what remedy he gave me.
I tried ayurveda but of no avail.Then i researched on the net and took Aesculus Hip 30c and a Tablets of Pilgo (mix of Ratanhia 200, Hamamalis 200 Aesculus 200 and aloe soco 200and got immense relief and problem subsided.

However, since october 2014 the problem has reoccurred and I am under immense pain and none of the medicines are working for me.

My present symptoms are:
1.Painful BM's(pain lasts for hours after BM.)
2.Blood in BM's
3.Swollen vein in rectum with a pimple on top.This is just below my skin tag.
4.Contracted (tight) anal sphincter.
5.The pain is excrutiating ,like cutting with glass or knife accompanied by throbbing spasmodic pain.
6.Feeling of incomplete evacuation sometimes leading to 2 or more BM's.
7) swollen/ inflamed internal haemorrhoids.
8) blood in stool and pot once in two -three days. . 9) severe pain and burning in rectum during and after stool
10) anal sphincter is tight permanently causing thin stools.
11) severe itching between anus and coccyx with watery weeping discharge. (This symptom came only in October 2014, and had it for first time)

I am weary of going for a BM because of the thought of pain associated with it .

I feel good with sitz bath with hot water when pain disappears and take it twice or thrice. Have visited locol homeopaths who have prescribed.
1.Aesculus 200 c x 3 times
2.callisonia 200 x 3 times
3.ratanhia 200 x 3 times
4.sulphur 200 x 3 times
5.arnica 200 x 3 times
6.graphites 200 x 3 times
7. Nux vomica 200 x 3 times
Had for 3 weeks no relief

then was advised adel 2 (apo-HAM)
no relief

Then on this forum i read of
Acid nit 200 x 3 doses
and calc flour 12x 3 times.

My symptoms actually worsened after 2/3 days of Acid Nit, the pain bacame unbearable and i stopped.

Then taken

Aescuus 200 into 3 times
Ratanhia 200 into 3 times
Nux 200 1 time (evening)
Also used Proctosydl cream which has reduced swollen vein slightly.

My present medication:
Daflon 500 to stop bleeding. Neosporin antibiotic cream to keep infection away. Nitrogesic ointment to relax anal sphincter.
The homeopath who had given me medicine earlier told me that I am not a nux vorm type person ( wonder what that means...) and also said my constitutional remedy is lycopodium. He had given me a cocktail of medicines whose name were not revealed which I stopped . May I request you to please undertake my case and suggest possible remedy as this has become too overbearing for me now. For your information I have a sedentary life style. I weighed more and have lost about 12 kgs in last three months with bit of walking and diet control. Also, to refresh I underwent colonoscopy in 2012 Nov and was diagnosed with internal haemorrhoids.
Homeopath advised to take medicine every hour till pain disappears but it is contrary to advise on this forum hence did not have.

The situation gets aggravated with Liquor,Spicy food and stress.
Surgeon had suggested surgery for fissure and hemms but am not considering it as an option due to high chance of re occurrence.
I forgot to mention that i have to rely on Mobizox for pain. PRESENTLY, I HAVE TAKEN NO HOMEOPATHY REMEDY FOR ONE MONTH +. Am taking anti biotic course which will end on 6th December morning.

20. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g
Pus, urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc. - no pus, yellow urine, stool light to dark brown, sputum - White, saliva normal.
Discharge - whitish to colourless discharge, sometimes light pink with due to slight blood but never red.

Dear Dr Khan I have been able to get all the remedies that you had prescribed. Could not get them yesterday as pharmacy closed on Sunday. My present condition is that the vein between the anus and coccyx is swollen and inflamed and a little pimple on top which seems is about to burst, the size of pimple is little smaller than a pea. Could I be suffering from a pilonidal sinus,this problem seems to have occurred due to my acute itch and scratching of anal area,also what should be the time gap between each remedy.will report symptoms tomorrow. Just to add that the boil keeps coming and going at different places on the vein and is not one boil which is re occurring at same place. Stages are first there is swollen vein then pain then a small pimple or access which is white in Collour which bursts with discharge and oozing . Regards

Arsenic album today taken will start rest tomorrow and have each at a gap of five hours. The skin between the buttocks feels chaffed and there is more burning than pain, regards sanjay

Update at 1937 hrs India time- the abscess just burst with watery discharge and prominent blood oozing out. One abscess goes and next comes out in and around that place. I am a bit frustrated now. Can you please advise. Regards - Sanjay

Dear Dr Khan The discharge is watery and is either white or colourless or pink if mixed with blood. It is not thick like pus also there is no foul smell. The pain has gone down considerably after it burst, there is slight pain when I sit or when I change position while lying down also slight burning, can I use any topical cream for chaffed skin and hot fermentation. With hot water bag? I am eating anjeer/dried figs to regulate my bowels and to avoid constipation , is that ok

Dear Dr Nawaz. I have taken 2 doses of staphysagria 200 , one last night and one today morning.

Also taken one dose of hypericum 200 today morning. The pain due to internal hemmoroids and fissure is much in control but anal sphincter is tight causing discomfort in BM. Also have to go to toilet twice or more for complete evacuation. However the pain in the vein is still there, it reduces after their is discharge but the vein swelle up and the pain comes back also there is itching.pls confirm if I can continue with dried figs. Also Dr I ha e read that nux is a favourite remedy for ano rectal diseases but a homeopath told me that I am not a nux person, what could that mean. Today,s Update. 7/12/2015 18:00 hrs. Dear Dr Khan have had 3 doses of staphysagria , 2 doses of hypericum and one dose of calendula . The swelling in the vein seems to have come down,also there is less discharge, the discharge is now a little thick and off white in colour, no blood and no odour. Pain in pilesand fissure is very less but there is discomfort in BM , also bowels do not empty in one visit and must make 3 trips to the washroom, no constipation ( am having figs) I feel the my internal hemmoroids are inflamed which is not allowing my bowels to empty in one time, will these remedies address the problem of internal pi.es and fissure too, many thanks , regards.
