Dear Dr Khan, I cannot thank you enough for your time, patience , treatment and prayers. May God Bless You. The sore throat is better and there is less pain and pressure in years, two more doses to go, hopefully infection will clear out by then. As regards my other problem, the vein still swelle up after BM and their is pain and discomfort in sitting, over a period of time it leaks discharge and then there is relief, though I must admit that the intensity of pain and quantity of discharge is much less but the cycle is still going on,I am praying that Silica and Lycopodium are doing their work slowly, Sir today 4th day without remedy, do I need to get on to something , pls advise. Dear Dr Khan, another pea sized pimple which is white is appearing and is painful.the pimple is on the swollen vein and it feels that it is about to burst the whole area is sore and there is burning and itching.Please advise. Is this a pilonidal sinus or a fistula, am worried that this problem may become persistent. Regards Sanjay

It is between the anus and tailbone but not at the same place as the earlier pimple. Regards Sanjay

Usually I have no breakfast a glass of lime juice with honey when I wake up and a glass of orange juice, I have lunch which is daal, vegetable and roti or rice.no snacks in between . For dinner it could be chicken mostly or vegetarian dish like paneer etc sometimes mutton. Dinner is always with roti. On weekends I may take a couple of drinks with non veg snacks, peanuts etc. no coke, rarely tea, no coffee. I like to have sweets after dinner. Indian sweets or ice cream etc. regards Sanjay

Dear Dr, by drinks I meant couple of whiskey and the snacks could be chicken seekh kebabs, tandoori chicken, chicken nuggets, roasted peanuts. I have been having lime juice with honey everyday for at least last 45 days regularly, orange juice is not so regular, maybe twice a week. Also I have 2 anjeer ( dry figs) and 4 munnakas ( dried prune) in morning and evening to keep my stools soft. Will avoid the foods listed by you. My skin is very sore/chaffed can I use calendula cream around the area to soothe the skin. Regards Sanjay.

Dr Dr Khan, will stop lime juice from today. The area looks a little red but normal, the skin FEELS sore maybe because of my constant touching/ cleaning of the discharge with a wipe. My present mental state is that this problem is making me depressed and I feel like crying as I fear the worst. Regards. Sanjay

Dear Dr Khan,thank you for your prompt reply, will start Merc Sol 200 from tomorrow. Finished 3 doses of Bryonia 200c today, swelling went down after there was discharge, no pain, no odour. Area is sore due to cleaning area with paper wipes. Regards Sanjay.

Dear Dr Khan, I have a small query. I was having lime juice for my acidity, I read on the net that lime juice though acidic, helps in alkalising the body. My problem is that I have a lot of acidity wherein I have a bad taste in my mouth and my tongue is white, the White on the tongue is only on the sides of the tongue and are like vertical lines, I also have heartburn. Even after brushing and cleaning my tongue the White lines come back with a foul acidic taste. I do not want to take antacids and will like to stay with homeopathy/ naturopathy to lower my PH level, is there a remedy that can help me as I would not be having lime juice any more on your advice. Dear Dr Khan, update 30/1/15. Yesterday there was intermittent discharge throughout the day. The discharge was very less, the difference is that now the discharge is little thick and sticky, it is still Colorless and without odour, the vein is swollen and painful to the touch and while sitting. Today negligible discharge but vein is still swollen and painful, have started remedy Merc sol 200 today Twice a day for two days, many regards Sanjay

Hi Dr Khan, I feel that my acidity may have actually increased after nat phos 6x, I am having heart burn and burps. Also, there is a new symptom of itching in my body especially in my face and arms and legs, the skin is very dry( though I have always had dry skin) and on scratching it is turning white and flaky. There is intense itching and dryness in and around Anus, the vein nearly always swells up immediately after Bowel Movement and remains painful, the pain tapers off after some time, say an hour or so. After there is discharge the pain reduces considerably. The mucous is much less and is bit sticky and thick. Regards Sanjay....
