Dear Dr Khan, had the first dose of Sulphur 200 today, yesterday due to driving there was discharge again which was watery and had little blood mixed in it, the quantity of discharge was also more. The swelling in the vein went down after discharge and pain also reduced considerably, last night due to social engagement I ate dinner outside, food was spicy and I had very little but still in the morning I had loose stools and burning in and around the anus. Itching on face and hands/legs is better. However itching in anal area is persistent. Mind is at peace but this problem is in the back of mind always. Many regards. Sanjay

Dear Dr Khan, today the pimple feels very hard and is painful as there has been no discharge the whole day. I have had second dose of sulphur 200, pain in pimple is more than normal today. Regards. Sanjay Was using heating pad for pain and the pimple burst on it's own, discharge is colourless , no Blood and pain gone down.

Hi Dr Khan , the itching is ok but I have this vein swelling and leaking watery discharge every day, is this normal with this disease of pilonidal sinus ? Regds Sanjay.

I am happy and relieved that the itching is relieved. I am having remedies strictly as per your advise, nothing extra. What could be the reason for daily discharge ? Dear Dr Khan , I understand and appreciate what you say, all you wish is that your patients find a cure soon. On my part I try to present you with my latest symptoms so that you may assess my present condition and it may aid you in prescribing the correct remedy/ potency. I will always strictly stick to your treatment protocol. Today I finished last dose of Sulphur 200. This morning I had very hard stools for no apparent reason, I did not eat any outside food or red meat, had plain home cooked food also having dry figs in morning and evening, the stools had blood streaks. The good part is that the vein did not swell up as it usually does after BM and there was no pain. As of now all remedies are over. Thanking you always for your patience and help. Regards sanjay

Dear Dr Khan will get Aloe soc 200 today and start off from tonite, in the meantime have started on Nat phos 6x after meals. Last night at about 4 AM the pimple burst and there was discharge, it was pinkish as there was little blood in it. Presently my anal sphincter is very tight ( perhaps due to constipation) and having extreme itch in rectal area, the itch seems to be very aggravated, though I am trying hard not to scratch my rectum but the itch is very severe. IMPORTANT UPDATE reg DIAGNOSIS of my problem. ..........................................Dear Dr Khan, sorry for my late reply as on my wife's insistence I went to see a colorectal surgeon for a proper diagnosis to my problem as she was of the opinion that we give Dr Khan the correct diagnosis and not speculate about my disease . His findings are that he has completely ruled out PILONIDAL SINUS, which is a blessing of the Almighty. I have been diagnosed a chronic fissure, internal hemmoroids and a sentinel pile ( skin tag) , the vein is swollen below the skin tag and is draining discharge. As per him the swelling and discharge is due to sentinel pile and fissure. Also, my anal sphincter is in spasm and very very tight and he could carry out the DRE with lot of difficulty, in spite of xylocaine he could not use proctoscope because of tightness of sphincter. His suggestion is immediate surgery for Fissure and hemmoroids and prescribed some pain killers. Dr Khan I do not want to go in for a surgery because I have read that the surgery is not successful and the fissure keeps coming back. Also, post surgery is very traumatic. I sincerely want to find a cure with Homeopathy. My current symptoms are extremely tight anal sphincter, swollen vein and discharge, anal itching and pain. Can I request you to please re look at my case with this Diagnosis. I took Aloe Soc 200 and there was visible relief in pain. I have not taken painkiller prescribed.
