Dear Dr Khan , I may have had pantocid three times in this month, It Helps in removing the bitter/ acidic sometimes metallic taste from my mouth. The burps go away , relief in stomach distension , acid reflux settles down. Can eat food without feeling averse. As a family we eat food which is low on spices right from beginning, on taking spices especially red chillis , I experience extreme acid reflux, burning in food tract, heat in stomach, upset stomach, distension and extreme burning in rectum and bleeding from piles,at times I may get loose motions which irritate the fissure and cause extreme pain while and after BM. The anal sphincter goes into spasm. Thanks and Regards Sanjay

Dear sir, for last two days I had BVQ and ferrum phos 200. Today I have started Carbo veg 30c and have stopped BVQ as per your advise, ferrum phos 200 dose is over, present symptoms are vein is hard and their was bloody discharge, very less also blood was pinkish in colour, also passed very little blood with wind ( gas) when went for BM TONIGHT. there is no pain. Stools are not hard but still some blood in BM. Regards. Sanjay.

Dear Dr Khan, saliva in the mouth feels less at the moment, blood while passing gas , could this be because of internal hemmoroids? The stools are not hard but are normal. No pain in BM, Just some blood. Today I will take Carbo veg 30c three times and then all remedies will be over.pls suggest further course. Thank you again for your help. Regards Sanjay..

Dear Dr Khan, today the discharge was much more than usual when the vein burst. The discharge was thin and watery with blood mixed in it. The swelling subsided after discharge, earlier 3/4 days discharge was very less but today it was in excess, have been taking Carbo veg 30c, last dose will be tonight. Please advise further course. Dear Dr Khan, sorry for my. Delayed reply as I have been quite concerned and busy with my son's health. He is having fever of 103' F For last 4 days and with swine flu prevelant in India it was quite concerning, got him tested for Typhoid which came out negative, his Dr has prescribed medicines and we are waiting for his fever to break. On my part I could only take merc sol 1 m in the evening today. I can feel slight improvement in my anal sphincter, the vein is swollen but did not burst today, there is no pain. Will update you tomorrow with fresh symptoms/ changes, if any. As always, grateful for your help and patience, with regards Sanjay.

Dear Dr Khan, by the grace of God my son's fever came down today and we are much relieved. My present condition is that yesterday the pimple burst in the morning and their was only blood, no other discharge. Then in the evening there has been colourless watery discharge on and off since yesterday. I have had one dose of merc sol 1m on 13th evening as per your advise. The discharge is coming daily sometimes with blood and sometimes watery without any smell. Please advise next course. Regards Sanjay.

Dear Dr Khan, since yesterday the swelling in my vein is less now and the discharge is also less, there has been no bleeding and no pain. Last remedy I had was Merc sol 1m on 13th Feb. Dear sir, thank you for your time and patience, pls advise further course. Regards Sanjay.

After a comprehensive medical exam, the following expert opinion should be respected.
"I went to see a colorectal surgeon for a proper diagnosis to my problem as she was of the opinion that we give Dr Khan the correct diagnosis and not speculate about my disease . His findings are that he has completely ruled out PILONIDAL SINUS, which is a blessing of the Almighty. I have been diagnosed a chronic fissure, internal hemmoroids and a sentinel pile ( skin tag) , the vein is swollen below the skin tag and is draining discharge. As per him the swelling and discharge is due to sentinel pile and fissure. Also, my anal sphincter is in spasm and very very tight and he could carry out the DRE with lot of difficulty, in spite of xylocaine he could not use proctoscope because of tightness of sphincter."
Therefore, please concentrate on your changing symptoms, pus color, pain, bleeding, burning, itching, constipation, food items that you take on daily basis and any other mind/physical conditions.

Dear Dr Khan, today's symptoms are that I had a lot of bloody discharge throughout the day and it was distressing. I spoke to my GP who recommended a highly experienced surgeon for a second opinion. On seeing my symptoms on examining he confirmed immediately that it is fistula of low end, as per him there is no cure except surgical intervention. To start with he has prescribed anti biotics for pus and has asked me to decide on the surgery date soon, he also said that fistulas can lead to certain serious untreatable life threatening issues and must be cleaned/ removed immediately and the tissue sent for biopsy to rule out malignancy. I. Am very distressed and do not want to go for surgery but am fearing any chances of malignancy. Dear sir, pls help me in finding a cure thru your treatment and also let me know if fistulas can lead to malignancy. Today I had one dose of cal phos 200, my mental state is very disturbed, pls pray for me. Regards Sanjay

Surgery must not be an option as this may lead to more pain and more fistulas.
Your case is really in the direction of cure. But, unfortunately, you spoil your own treatment with unnecessary Q's, drinking and eating a lot of useless food items.

From where the blood is coming? Sometimes, blood is good as it is trying to flow in the impacted area. You may take BV Q as well, 11 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 daily dose, early morning, for 3 days.

Dear Dr Khan, Thank you for your support and treatment for my illness. I am grateful that you took on my case, you have always encouraged your patients to ask questions and when I am in doubt or skeptical about something I put across my queries to you, I also feel that I need to present my exact state of mind to you and not hold anything back so that it helps you in prescribing the correct remedy. I assure you that I have made drastic changes in my eating and drinking habits. I was keen to get a correct diagnosis from a surgeon so that you could treat me accordingly. Now that it is confirmed that it is Fistula I am sure you will treat accordingly. I myself am reluctant for surgery and wish to find a cure through your good hands. The bleeding was from the opening in the pimple. Today the discharge is less and pinkish. I have had BVQ 11 drops in morning and will have calc Phos 200 in the evening. Dear Dr Khan today I had one dose of BVQ and one dose of Calc phos 200 however there was colourless watery discharge today, to summarise, the cycle of the boil fills up and bursts almost daily and there is colourless watery discharge and sometimes mixed with blood, the pus does not seem to be drying up and is leaking frequently through the day. May I request you to prescribe a remedy which will dry the discharge. Many thanks. Sanjay
