Dear Dr Khan, I will continue with hypericum 200 and calendula 200 for another week, is that ok ? Ferrum phos 200 and calc phos 200 doses end today. Nat phos 6 x after meals seems to help me with my stools, can I continue? Also may I request you to revert on my queries on issues of overweight and pain in lower back, legs and knees. Sir I am confused, does this mean I do not have hypericum 200 and calendula 200 from tomorrow, as you advised yesterday to continue both remedies.

Update 20/1/15 at 6:00 pm. Dear Dr Khan, As per your instructions I have had one dose of Silicea 1 M. Today before noon. At about 4:00 pm a thin colourless discharge has begun, I am cleaning it with tissue paper, I felt some discharge at 6:00 pm also, there is no blood , no odour and no pain, the vein is slightly swollen. Please suggest next course of action. Regards. Sanjay.

Dear Dr Khan, Slight discharge continued from 4:00 pm yesterday till late at night, presently at 9:00 am today there is no discharge . However, the vein feels swollen and on touching the area I find there is one raised pimple with a hole of the size of a pin from where discharge may be coming, I feel discomfort when I am sitting but no pain as such. The discharge is colourless, little sticky, no blood and no odour, also I am feeling more cold than normal especially in my legs. Pain in legs especially ankles and lower leg ( below knee). Mentally I am praying to get well soon with your help as I have been suffering for very long with these problems and am weary of it, I just want to lead a normal life and pray that your treatment will make me ok and there won't be any more complications also worried that this may form into a FISTULA. I hope I am on the road to recovery. Will keep you updated regularly. Cannot thank you enough for your help, warm regards Sanjay

Dear Dr , had little discharge after BM, the discharge is colourless and WATERY also feeling very itchy in the area and the vein is swollen again.regards Sanjay.

Dear Dr Khan, this is to update you that the vein had swollen and causing pain, suddenly their was discharge which was watery , colourless and little blood and the swelling came down, their is still some pain in the vein, The frequency of the cycle of swelling coming and then bursting has increased and it is happening everyday,pls suggest some remedy to alleviate suffering. Dear Dr Khan, today's update ( 22/1/15) After BM the vein swelled up and was paining at about 8:00 pm there was leakage and bloody discharge came out, I have had 2 episodes since yesterday, the difference is earlier is that the swelling in vein is not turning into an abcess and does not have a white pimple like opening which was the case earlier, now the vein swells, pains and bursts with blood and discharge, Dr is this an improvement over earlier condition .
