Dear Dr Khan. I have finished three days of Calc phos 200 c, one dose in a day. The swelling and the discharge has reduced also there is minimal pain and discomfort. However, there is very slight thick colourless discharge. Pls suggest further course. Regards Sanjay

Dear Dr Khan, hope you are well, as per your instructions I had hepar sulph 1 m single dose on 19th March, it has been 5 days since. There is still slight discharge and blood each time I dab the area dry with tissue paper, the discharge is little light yellow and also thicker. The swelling has gone down and pain has reduced but the area around the abscess is hard when I touch it also there is discomfort in the anal area. The fissure has not healed completely and skin feels very hard and scarred in the Anus. Day before I had a bad bout of sore throat with severe pain and cough and Dr prescribed antibiotics the antibiotics will continue for another 3 days. May I request you to prescribe a dose to settle the fissure as I can still feel it as a raw and scarred skin. Many regards to you. Sanjay..

Dear Dr Khan. It has been 2 days since my antibiotics finished, but I am still having cough, though it is slightly improved, there is yellowish grey thick sputum with offensive smell and there is wracking noise in the chest when I cough, the cough is more severe at night and if I take steam I feel better as it helps expell sputum. The fistula has little pinkish blood each time I dab it with TP and bleeds little after BM. The fissure area also feels sore. Pls prescribe remedy for cough and fissure/fistula. Many Thanks Sanjay

Dear Dr Khan today I had sudden bleeding when I went for my BM, fresh blood drops, it seems that the internal hemmoroids is bleeding, no pain just bleeding, pls advise. Regds sanjay
