For now, just for the weak and tired feeling in the brain, try Gels 30c.

Hello Just Sayin’
I haven’t taken Gel 30 yet.

Update as of this evening:
I have been feeling little better lately, since yesterday afternoon. Overwhelming feeling is not there at this time. Jittery nerves have subsided at the moment. I am not sure if this feeling is temporary. My head is heavy though.

But I still want to answer your questions here:

Please see my answers below to your questions

What triggers the that overwhelms you, is it just performance anxiety due to the unfamiliarity of the job, or is it related to things that are peripheral to the job, like being extra careful not to make any mistakes that will invite negative criticisms that you cant handle?

Yes, I always try to give my best at the job, I am always extra careful to perform well. And my previous supervisors have always praised me for my good work performance which motivated me to do more good and get a good worker label.
I hate failures even though I don’t react much about it. But failures and criticism I can’t handle. They upset me a lot.
These days, whenever I apply for a job or whenever I get a call from an employer I start thinking that “what if I can’t perform as they expected ? “ what if they fire me due to my poor performance?” Etc.
I don’t wanna see myself as a failed employee or a failed mother. I have raised my daughter all by myself, She is a good kid But when she throws any tantrums or when I can’t handle her tantrums I feel like a failed mom and that makes me upset and I start yelling at her, may be out of that frustration.

Do you have a history of work-related trauma for the same reasons you are stressed about?
I can’t tolerate when someone being bossy on me or tries to control me unnecessarily. I have had bossy bosses in my life. But I am not much concerned about this issue at this time. I am concerned more about the performance. For some reason I have lost faith on myself.

Do you have any hobbies that you like to do in your spare time?
I like to watch movies, romantic and comedy movies. I like cooking.
I like traveling but can’t travel because of some financial problems.
I like watching dog videos. I had a dog few months back, but for some practical reasons I had to give him back to the shelter. I miss him.
I am a bit lazy as well. Not many things excites me.

How’s your sleep, do you have any recurring odd dreams?
My sleep is fine. Sorry, it’s hard to remember my dreams after I wake up But all I remember is I get weird dreams often.

Additionally: I really don’t like to socialize. I feel it’s an extra burden on my brain if I try. I feel so safe from any dramas , I feel mental peace in solitude. But still, I need 1 or 2 favorite people around me who don’t judge me.
I only talk to my mom, my daughter and my brother on a regular basis.

Thank you for listening to me as always.
