Thank you for the advice. Doing exactly that now.

Got some brown spotting yesterday - hoping its period - but is very light.

Had become more physically active in terms of exercise, felt better.

Good to know.

Had the period (on the 18th) for 3-4 days, less flow than usual, but bright red.

Was feeling quite good after period over - exercised regularly, slept well at nite.

Yesterday and today sleep disturbed, feeling anxiety over some family issues and even regarding small things like - unable to schedule a phone call with an old friend.
Feeling that friends don't like me or that I am annoying to others.

Last nite felt a itchy spot on scalp at the back of head, literally felt a smaller than mosquito bite bump emerge, it felt itchy. That was as I was going to sleep. Got anxious about something that distant family members were embroiled in...finally went off to sleep. Feeling a sense of nervousness in my body, feeling a bit anxious and sad.

Have been feeling much more positive overall since last note above. Washing head more often, less itching. I think the itch may have been from henna that i have had to use to keep hair colored.

Had increased exercise and felt better for many days now.

Today, was sitting while working, feeling heaviness in chest, a needed slight heavy breathing. Stood up, still feeling tightness just below where neck meets chest. Not sure if constricted digestive area or suppressed-burp or heart related. Feels as though trouble swallowing - but is deeper down and may also be chest. Feel like need more air. But doesn't feel too severe, am able to type this quite comfortably.

will write back later - no major worry.

Slept for 3 hours in the afternoon. Had pounding slight pain on left side of chest. But realized this may have all been caused due to bad posture while sitting (had leaned a bit backwards on couch and sat for a few hours with computer on lap).

After waking up - feeling much better, although slight heaviness /tight/ pounding still going on left side of chest just below neck. I may have sprained a rib? Not sure. When I lean forward I feel better.

So sorry - I feel like my complaints never stop. It's one thing after another. So sorry.

Good news is that I dont have scalp itch and still some hair fall but short hair has felt better.

FOUND BELOW OTHER PATIENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON ANOTHER WEBSITE AND WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS FOR FEW DAYS:
'Pain in Throat, Chest, and Upper Back while breathing in deep.?'
'Since yesterday after I woke up I've been having this dull pain in my throat/lower throat, chest and upper back when I take a deep breath. Also, it is painful when I bend over or do anything like that.

It only hurts at those times, other than that i'm completely normal. I'm 23 and healthy.

I do have an old crappy mattress and sometime I wake up with back pain in the morning. I have experienced this pain before but not nearly as bad and it last for a much shorter amount of time. And the pain is usually just in my upper back. Not throat and chest. I also have bad posture.
Could this be related to that, or could it be related to something else?

The first and easiest effort would be to flip your mattress over and switch head to toe position. If it is sleep related, this will result in change within two days. I have great posture and at 53 I am extremely thankful for my diligence to reminding myself to sitting up straight while driving, at work and everywhere. I feel uncomfortable if I'm not sitting up straight now. I do volunteer trail work and I have a better back than some guys 20 years younger than myself. I am not a muscle buff gal but I can lift up my 365# bike. Take care of your posture. It will payoff in 30 yrs.
Secondly, watch your sleeping position. I make sure my neck and spine are aligned and straight with shoulders pressed back then relaxed. I'm sound asleep under 5 minutes and I move very little in my sleep. My boyfriend finds this amazing. Best of luck and good health.

Your back pain is caused by pinched muscles there and pains that were once there have probably left you with tight muscles in their place. Tight muscles don't give you any pain but are close enough to being in pain that it only takes small issues to move them into pain again to have a reoccurring pain. To get rid of the back pain and to keep it from coming back you have to free up the muscles in your back and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. This pain has nothing to do with your mattress.
Pains in your throat area are usually caused by tight neck muscles which restrict everything inside of your throat as well. The tight muscles don't allow the throat muscles to move as they should which puts them into pain. To get rid of this pain you have to free up the muscles in your neck and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.'

Did stretching exercises recommended by gym staff. Felt a bit better, pain reduced.
While getting into bed at nite, pain increased in left shoulder and chest - could tell it was 'bone/spine' area, when I bent down. Slept well.
Today - pain almost gone, looks like rest helped. Sat with straight back posture while reading / at computer. Pain mow almost dissappeared. Had slight stiff chest in the centre of chest but that has gone too.

Good to see the negative things go soon. As for the exercises, always follow your body's call and intuition. Just like any compound, if an exercise gives trouble put that on hold. You may talk to a physio therapist to know what exercises can be beneficial for you in long term .

What do you suspect? a digestive problem? or a frozen shoulder or a sprain due to posture ?

Also maintain healthy posture while using laptop.

It was bad posture. Got better after rest and swimming.

Last few days have been restless at night getting into bed, don't get sleep for quite a while. Really wishing I could sleep immediately. Mind keeps on thinking. Scalp started itching again at areas near the neck and at top of head last night. So I got up and washed my scalp with Shikakai hair-soap. Felt better/cooler, and fell asleep. Woke up un-refreshed. Overall your recommendation: Kali phos has been great for me for calming mind. Not sure if I need another dose.
Have shortened hair, but still noticing hair falling especially after hair bath. Not sure how much hair fall is 'normal' anymore.
Generally, over these years, I have not felt as good as I have recently, I must admit. Your treatment has been superb. Absolutely superb.

Not sure what to do about he sharp continuous sound in right ear, especially noticeable when I'm in bed and when I think about it.

For now no dose is needed. Try to procure kp 10M.

maheeru last decade
Okay - trying to get KP 10M.

In the mean time, last few days have been trying. Developed stress // mind kept thinking about a family member (who does not live with us), who has stressed out a lot and has been very angry with me in the past. I kept feeling down, sad, and thought of ways to help. Eventually did find a solution, but until then lost sleep at night, slept in afternoons, sad and highly anxious. Then a service provider / contractor misunderstood my language what I was saying on the phone. He yelled at me on the phone saying I was giving him 'Attitude'. Felt tense, helpless as to all this happening to me. Head started itching at night, some small blisters like baby-mosquito bites in some places, washed with water soap. Felt slightly better, but scalp felt raw.
Then caught throat infection next days from a family member. Woke up one night with very dry throat and salty taste in throat. Drank water. 3 days throat raw, blisters in throat (like ulcers). Very very dry throat. No amount of water is satisfying, especially at night. seemed to get a bit better next day, but then it got worse again. Throat still raw, ear deep ache (right ear )at night that lasted a few seconds, then disappeared. The gland like lump under ear (side of neck) seemed to have grown. Have very slight nasal discharge, some transparent to yellow throat discharge with great difficulty. Please help me. Felt better when eating raw vegetables, feel like eating vegetables, fruit. Feel I want alkaline food rather than acidic. Throat feeling a bit acidic. Have bumps in throat and when I scratch by rolling back of tongue muscles against the wall between the throat / ear., relieves itch a bit. Feel like putting finger in ear to relieve itch in right ear.

Helped me rest and felt a bit better when tried to calm my mind, telling myself that I cannot control other people's thoughts. I can only do my best for others. But throat+ear itch still present.

Also, still have the continuous high pitch sound in right ear.

Lost slight balance of head while already was sitting to type at computer yesterday.

While sleeping, kept getting a shining grey image of crystal like design in front of left eye on the top left side. It went after some time, but happened twice (over 2 days).

While sleeping, (at the back of my head) scalp hurt and hair roots on scalp in that area were sore.

Yesterday afternoon slept 3 hours, then last night did not sleep till 6 a.m. Had pain in right ear, and a lot of itching in what seemed like blister/boil between throat and ear. Several itchy blisters on back of tongue and deeper in throat. Kept drinking water, but throat kept feeling dry. Moving muscles near the area to rub against the blisters helped relieve the itch temporarily. Itch reduced this morning although have slept about 45 minutes total. Was congested in right side, breathing through left nostril. Mind hyper at night. Toothache (right most / last tooth nearest to the earache) started - as if cavity or wisdom tooth area, pain in the gum area. Still aching.

Please help. I read up symptoms of kali phos and most of these symptoms are in the KP profile. Is this expected then? And please could you make these KP symptoms go away fast. Please advise.

Hair Loss last decade
Have you checked with your dentist for this toothache? Have you got all teeth out including wisdom teeth?

Which are the symptoms you never had and are only appearing after kali phos?

what are your current issues, priority complaints? Record them in a single post for a review.

maheeru last decade
As of today here are the priority issues:
1. Congestion: a lot of nasal drip.
2. High pitch sound in right ear
3. Mouth tongue feeling feels sore - ate paratha / food felt like it was too spicy in mouth although the food itself was not really spicy. Had to cool it off with cold yogurt.

Last night: slept better, so I'm guessing some of the previous symptoms are subsiding with time. The earache was not as much last night.

Answering re: wisdom tooth: One on the left side had been pulled out years ago. The pain on the right seemed related to the tooth on the right side. Will also get this one checked.

I read that KP - cheerful thoughts reduce the tooth ache sensation. So I tried engaging in positive conversations and kept busy. Tooth ache/cavity feeling on right side did subside.

Hair Loss last decade
Last night had toothache/gum ache but on left side in area where wisdom tooth used to be (but the left side tooth has already been removed.) This pain subsided later and I fell asleep at 2 a.m. Slight pains in left side of face near eye and deep near cheek. But that pain subsided.
This morning feeling a bit better, still bit congested but overall better.
Got ear fan-like sounds in right ear while walking (I used to get this months ago, had stopped after starting KP treatment but this is the first time since that I heard it again). Now that sound has also stopped for now.

Can't stop thanking you in my mind for being there for me and being a healer. You are divine.

So what's your conclusion? KP's giving you side effects? or not?

Have you got KP 10M? If yes do not take yet.

Will get back to you after a review.
