getting hot flashes at night - several times in bed. waking up, feeling thirsty and hot. drinking water and going back to sleep several times. this has been happening for about 2 weeks now. My last period seemed normal in flow. Have not got period since last reported in this forum.

The day I took Staphysag - (not sure if it was due to it however) Had terrible headache on right side and ache like a 'knot' in right shoulder. Took a lot of rest, massage and drank water, slept almost all day. Woke up better next morning - no headache. Headache was at back of neck behind right ear - sort of where skull meets neck.

working very hard. restless at night -waking up quite a few times - feeling sleep deprived and tired during day - but quite productive and calm. A bit excited about the work projects and community projects. So overall quite happy.

Night time not enough sleep. Day time feeling sleepy all day as if a zombie. Then still at nite not getting sleep, ind hyper in bed thinking about day's events repeatedly, somewhat excitedly in mind.

Please take staphy. doses in the way as described below.
Prepare a medicinal solution by dissolving two pills of staphy. 200c in a 250 ml water bottle.
From this bottle, transfer two drops to a dilution cup(disposable) of 200ml just after shaking it up and down for 5 times(this shaking is mandatory just before every dose), stir gently three times, and take half teaspoonful as a dose. Take every dose 12 days apart. Take 4 doses MAX. Keep me posted.
The bottle needs to be preserved in a cool, dry place and should not be added anything except the first time. But the dilution cup's contents shall be emptied every time after the dose, and filled afresh with fresh water before the dose. Use a disposable dropper and a stirrer.

Have been getting hot flashes every night waking up about 3 times, with sweat and hot flashed starting in stomach. Have to throw off blanket to cool and wipe off sweat - and then I feel cool - but then get a bit cold again so have to cover up again with blanket. This hot-cold-hot-cold goes on at nite - so feeling very sleep deprived, although trying to stay positive during day and getting work done - but am feeling sub-optimal and not as effective. Hate to feel sleepy all day. Will take the dosage you have advised.

Any trigger for these hot flashes? After starting in stomach how do the hot flashes move and where do they occur/move apart from the stomach?

Hot flashes start in stomach and spread everywhere on body including arms and legs. sweat beads on forehead, etc., i wipe to feel cool as body gets hot.
Have not taken Staphy yet as i have to buy disposable cup etc. In the mean time have developed sore throat / itchy/scratchy with whitish phlegm - somewhat dry around as if a circle deep around throat. Clearing throat, felt body feverish and tired, slept in afternoon, woke up feeling better. Spat out the whitish phlegm, drinking fluids - feeling same slight fever and tired. Tried increasing saliva in mouth to moisten the area - and that seemed to help.
3 days ago - i had an emotional upset after my child insisted on going somewhere alone, and i was the only parent around. i felt sudden feeling of sadness, insecurity and complete helpess-ness - body went into some shut down mode. i cried a lot - then child said its okay and stopped insisting. Then slowly i cooled myself down and tried to think normal/joyful again

the most common situation or trigger for hot flashes may be that i'm covered in the bedsheet - i feel slightly hot and then the flash starts. it has happened mostly in bed.

i wake up from deep sleep feeling very very hot and kick the blanket off.
keeping my toes poking out of the blanket seems to cool me - its something i always liked doing. - but sometimes if i feel cold then i have to cover toes as well.

mind was somewhat agitated this weekend as was traveling and staying at other people's home, but tried to keep it calm, slept a lot in afternoon a few days ago. may have eaten spicy food - and less rice 3 days ago - that may have caused some spicy acidity in body - not sure

sever sore throat and fever. Had some leg/knee ache. This morning - was a bit delirius waking up with all mixed thought s. Parotid gland on right side paining and also glad on right side of neck. spot above right eyebrow near nose bridge aching. Still shrill high pitch sound in right ear. Throat dry, drinking water.

The first day, take one pill 2 hours apart, upto 4 doses maximum while you are awake. The next day three doses equally distributed during the hours you are awake---roughly every dose, 4 to 5 hours apart. In between if you miss a dose by being asleep or taking rest, no problem, just make sure that first day you take 4 doses and next day 3 doses.
